Dr. Valenzuela a caring doctor! At Physicians' Primary care, the receptionists and Dr. Valenzuela's nurse are friendly! Dr. Valenzuela always goes the extra mile, asking questions, taking his time, and making sure that everything is right with my health and the results from the exams/labs. The nurse is also caring and assuring that the info on my records is correct. The nurse who takes care of the blood lab/test is very gentle, friendly, and caring as well. (I am writing for my husband and me.) We are happy with the relationship between Dr. Valenzuela, nurses, receptionists, and patients. Blessings. Thanks again for the great service!

Very attentive. Very personable. Really cares about helping and really cares about his patients. Doesn't just try to just get you in and push you out. Knows who you are--but for real, like he asks about your family and life as well. He remembers because he truly cares. So when it comes to helping with medical needs, you can tell that he really cares. He wants to get to the bottom of any issue and he wants to keep you healthy. The staff is very nice, too. Very accommodating. Always a good experience. Both my spouse and I go to him and would recommend him to anyone. When he switched offices, we followed even though it was further.
