Lee Health's Online Review Report Card

Carmina is rude and impolite. She does not know how to talk on the phone or to do the simplest things on her job. How can a health care location hire people like that? find a good health care location if you can.

Had been seen by 2 different people first one was great he was incredibly helpful but he thought that his colleague would be more helpful because she had worked with postpartum anxiety before. At first things went well and I was improving until I went 3 days straight having horrible panic attacks after day 3 I called the office and left a message stating I was not doing well the receptionist was great at reassuring me was told she would call me back which she did ONE WEEK LATER Needless to say I left and im just as bad as I was when I started going here. Its a shame they dont care more about their patients oh and most arent doctors they are social workers.

The intake Dept never answer their phones and do not return voicemails. I get that we are in the middle of a pandemic but from one mental health provider to another you have to do better. I have patients who need medication management and are going without psychotropics.

Intake coordinator Monica was helpful otherwise the assistants staff were unprofessional cold. No one introduced themselves or were clear on their positions or services provided. Any questions I had were answered vaguely. When I declined to wear a mask I was asked to leave.

I was given a referral to Lee Health Behavioral Health on December 9th by my Lee Health family physician. When I called them on December 11th I was told they are short handed and not taking any new patients.

What an outstanding service Staff were very kind and very attentive. Dr. Mizyl Damayo was very respectful and informative she took her time to listen to me and answered my questions accordingly. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely come back.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was very helpful and caring. I will go back if needed .Highly recommend.

Very nice and calm staff . Extremely helpful and they are willing to do anything to help you help yourself . Everyone from the front desk to the psychologist and psychiatrist are all great people

The staff was okay but the doctor was terrible. Offered no help at all. I left feeling much worse than when I arrived.

I went to them looking for help and was left feeling with more despair then before contact. The telephone interview screening tried to box me into a corner stating I had to make some major decisions before they could help me. So the onus was on me. I felt no concern for my well being I wish I could give no star
