This hospital is such a joke. My grandfather was neglected. The amount of education these nurses have is pathetic. Coming from a nurse myself. Then having the director of nursing come talk to my family because of our outrage. Blames it on “the system” and pharmacy. Educate yourselves. And own up to your mistakes. Didn’t think the nursing care could be this terrible.

Visiting someone with 2 children who were aloud in the day prior then next day that no children under 12 were aloud in. Poor staff experience.

My daughter had her baby there and they discharged her she was not able to change her clothes so they sit my daughter and her new baby outside and leave her with a robe and her underwear and when I call the hospital her nurse says maybe she told them to take her outside and was rude while talking to me. Beautiful Building but horrible maternity ward.

Horrible nurses. I wss in there two weeksthird floor and I wouldnt let most of those nurses take care of a houseplant.

Staff was called multiple times by POA daughter of patient. I was told they would call me back and instead they called someone else. They were given my POA the minute my father arrived in the ER with severe sepsis toxic shock. I was the one who ordered the ambulance and they failed to update their computer to show I was in charge. The social worker disrespected my POA and allowed 2 people I specifically said not to let near my father.

I recently gave birth at health park. As a first time mom and having a lot of restrictions due to covid I had a lot of nerves going into labor. My whole experience was filled with great nurses from start to finish They could see I was nervous and they did everything they could to keep me calm. When it was time for the epidural the nurse sat with me and comforted me through the whole process She even came back and helped me relieve what little pain I was still in. They even help my boyfriend who has a weak stomach for blood and things like that. When my son was born they were absolutely amazing with helping me and making sure we were all taken care of I would recommend health park to anyone who is having a child The staff is absolutely AMAZING

been here for at least 5hours and i waited for at least 3 12 hours to actually have something done. and i came for pregnancy Complications. i rathet go to gulf coast than come here ever again. i had to walk out due to them taking so long

The nurses cnas techs and some of the doctors were really great. The backbone of the place is definitely the hands on care team and they are very caring professionals for the most part. Lets face it nobody wants to be at the hospital and not everything goes right 100% of the time but Id rather be at Healthpark than any other Lee County hospital.
