I asked for a 2 step PPD and somewhere along the line no one documented the second time I had come in to get the PPD checked. I had the forms the doctors filled out to my school which he dated the two times I had come in but that wasn’t accepted by my school and I needed the actual documentation that I had it done. The nurse behind the counter just goes “you didn’t tell us you needed a 2 step” which is a complete and total lie as it says I needed a 2 step tuberculin test right on the form I gave them.

While visiting Ft Myers, I needed an urgent care facility. I was directed to Lee convenience care at Page field. The care I received from Dr. Andre Anderson had my situation turned areound by the next day and well on the mend with no further care needed. The staff were knowledgeable,kind and each with a smile. I got in, first thing in the morning and, was out in less than 40 minutes.

Got poked 4 different times by 3 different nurses for blood work before they finally got the vein , but it was MY fault THEY were having trouble... Best of luck to anyone getting blood taken here. Everything else for my physical exam went okay though.

Why does it take more than two months to approve one medication sent to Publix? I went to Publix three times on different dates and did not get my prescribed medications.

35 mins wait and they did not say a word to let me know they were behind and they did not forget about me. Not a single apology from the nurses or doctors. I have to say the doctor was attentive but he did not do any auscultation. I did not like the service here, I have been going to the facility on Pine Island Rd but it is currently closed.

Got my Covid-19 test by Lee Health. Efficient and excellent care. The employee that swabbed me could tell I was nervous and was gentle and comforting. Totally recommend. Side note:Bless those employees for being in all that PPE in FL summer weather.🙌
