Highly recommend hormone therapy. I’ve had chronic nausea for 3 years and been to several doctors. Even had my gall bladder removed. Nothing worked until I came here. Great office and staff.

Botox Services, went on Groupon- set perfectly. Went for the second time and did the same thing- absolutely no results right before a major event. I was made feel like it is totally my fault and no refund given. Doctor had the audacity to tell me”go do it with another doctor”. I am pretty floored for $400 procedure.

The lady that greeted me was very welcoming and nice. I did not even have a wait. Consulted with Julie, she was so personable and very easy to talk to. She was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell as she knew this was a tester to see if I would want to return for more. I definitely will be back as the whole experience was great! Just waiting to hear of specials, hopefully.

I highly recommend Dr Cvik and Medspa 22. Dr Cvik is very professional and extremely personable. He is the best to consult with….he is conservative in what he recommends to get you what you are looking for. And his office manager, Chelsea, is the best! So helpful and pleasant! The office overall is great! Always a positive result and overall experience!

JulieAnn was amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing during my gel peel and dermaplaning. From someone who has no clue about skin care routine she was able to answer all of my questions and was very nice throughout my visit. 10/10 recommend

Went in on a whim from a Groupon special. Ended up falling in love with Carli and the facility. Now I have renewed hope that one day, soon, I’ll finally like what I see in the mirror. Thank you, Carli!

After trying for two years and getting the run around from my previous Doctor, I was lucky to find Premier MD Care and Dr. Cvik. I am ready to recommend this Company after only one appointment so far.

I went there with a smooth forehead in November 2020, and only wanted my eyebrows lifted with botox. The doctor told me to lift my eyebrows and commented that I would eventually get wrinkles on my forehead. So what! I didn't go there for that, and definitely didn't need my forehead addressed at all. He gave several options to me for no reason, as I had explicitly said I only wanted to have my eyebrows lifted, specifically stating at least 5 times as he was doing his spiel about injections I DIDN'T NEED in my forehead! Guess what? I couldn't move my forehead a few days later, so there were nerves affected that shouldn't have been. When the botox wore off, there was suddenly a deep crease all the way across my forehead, and a second one above just my right eye. These things are deep, and extremely aging. Permanently damaged! Thanks Groupon for the malpractice. (As a contrast, a different doctor, Garramone and his tech, had done my eyebrow lift earlier that year July 2020 and it turned out perfect. Not a Groupon.)
