List of Nika Priest Allen's Reviews
Pleasant and seemed to know her field but felt appointment was rushed . Many patients lined up in various waiting rooms and didn’t have a sense of personal patient care.
She is the best! Friendly, proffesional but always in a hurry. No complaints here as she gets the visit over with quickly!
If I could give her 0 stars I would. McKenzie left a message 4 days before my scheduled appointment and said “to call her the office”. I did and they said she was confirming my appointment for two days later. I received a call 2 days later asking why I didn’t call because they called to cancel my appointment. Why she didn’t say this in the message baffles me. McKenzie’s original voicemail did not indicate it was canceled and when I called the scheduler at the office, they reconfirmed my appointment. No indication that it was canceled. I rescheduled for the next week. At 4:30 the night before my 8:20 appointment I was told that my referral had not come in yet, and that it would not be covered by my insurance until the referral came. My question is why did you notify me at 4:30pm for an 8:20 appointment? If you had notified me of this issue when my original appointment was made (and I’m guessing it was an issue and I was not notified) I could have made some calls on MY BEHALF. Beware!
I like Dr Priest but this time she was in the room with me about 2 minutes. Meagan was awesome
The appointment went well,
Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and efficient from reception to checkout and every step in between. The whole process runs on time but you always feel involved and informed and never rushed. Best office I have ever been involved with
Very good
Clean establishment with personable staff.
If you gave this doctor a test of her glaucoma knowledge she would score 100. Unfortunately when it comes to the transfer of her knowledge to help patients she fails. Part of her administrative disconnect is because she works under the Quigley umbrella. Appointments made are cancelled with no recourse. Tests scheduled and the tech doesn't show up that dayand you are turned alway with staff unable to answer questions about rescheduling. Yet this doctor says, 'We have to be very vigilant in your eye care.' Words that do not transfer into action.
Dr. Priest-Allen has the perfect balance of professionalism, caring for her patients while at the same time efficient - not wasting her or my time when not needed. If you have to entrust your vision to an optometrist, you can’t do better than Dr. Priest Allen.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
