First, my appointment was scheduled today for 7:30 a.m., and I was told I had to be there an hour early. I got there about 6:45, building dark. The office does not even open up until 7:00. I figured since I was the first patient of the day, the doctor would show up soon. But it was after 9:00 before Dr mahey concert into the room. So i had been waiting for almost 3 hours. There was no sorry you've had to wait so long Etc. Nothing. He then proceeded to treat me rather as a criminal, like I was just there to get pain meds. I've been waiting and waiting months to finally see a pain management specialist, and this guy tells me I need to see a rheumatologist and sent me on my way. I was actually crying most of the time because my pain was so severe, and I was feeling so hopeless , and he did not ask are you okay or any questions or even actually acknowledge me . Absolutely no compassion and completely soulless. I had heard this was one of their best doctors too, so extremely extremely disappointing. I guess my quality of life means nothing whatsoever. The only positive thing I could say is that the lady who took me back and asked a lot of questions was very nice. Unfortunately I don't remember her name.

DR.Micovic and Staff are the most caring compassionate Knowledgeable Medical professionals in all of Lee County Florida. I f you want quality care I recommend you put your health in their hands..

Dr. Shuster is great to work with. He is caring and takes the time to explain what the treatment should be and what is best for you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mahaney’s for over 10 years. He is such a caring, amazing physician. The other providers I’ve seen are also excellent, with the exception of one. I am unfortunately considering a different practice because the office and support staff is so bad. I feel like I have been abandoned by my doctor. I am dealing with a terrible medical condition and am barely able to walk. I’ve called and tried to get in and was referred to the hospital. Went to the ER which cost $1000 to be told I was a pain management patient and they couldn’t help me. They don’t do MRI’s through the ER. Got in on my scheduled appointment at the office. It was a poo show, but eventually I was worked in with Dr. Shuester for an injection and sent on my way. There was also a fiasco with my prescriptions, but it was worked out. Just awful communication and attitudes. I need an MRI STAT. I have called for 2 days and left messages that I need a copy of my orders and need to see how I can get them. It is urgent. I can hardly walk. Today I fell in my driveway and had the wind knocked out of me. I have reported this and begged for help, but no call back. It’s awful and I am sure Dr. Mahaney would not be happy about this situation. I think the company was sold a couple of years ago and the quality of care is going down fast. So unfortunate.

I have never been to a Pain Management facility that treats you with so much respect and listens to what you are saying. Dr. Mahaney is the best. I went in there for a follow-up check up and complained about my hip and he took me right back and did a procedure and I was pain free. I can't forget about Brenda, she is an assistant and I see her quite a bit. She is wonderful. I would recommend this facility to anyone that has constant pain.

This is the hottest doctor's office I have ever tried to get into and once you do most of the service really sucks One person left me hanging A-day before my surgery because she said she was going on vacation and couldn't handle my problem I had to do it myself my doctor was excellent Adam Schuster is amazing Otherwise I have nothing good to say about this office

I have been coming here.for awhile now. All the staff is very nice and accommodating.They try to make you as pain free as can be possible.The Doctors and all the medical staff are just wonderful.Highly recommended.

Dr.Shuster was amazing,he listened to all my issues addressed them I was so comfortable with him being my first visit. I just moved from another state and have many issues I’m dealing with and I feel I was lucky to find a kind,understanding experienced doctor here. The staff from front to back were very professional and kind. I highly recommend this office!!
