I had cateract surgery but it didnt work for me it seems I will need a cornea transpant really kinda panicking over it.After surgery you have to lay flat for a few days which will be next to imposible for me since I live alone. Excellent Drs. Dr Kai knows his stuff, I checked with another eye surgent friend of my sisters 33yrs eye surgent retired.

My vision is now 20/20 .I can't believe how good I can see .I should have got cataract surgery done years ago. If you are looking for great eye Drs . GO TO QUIGLEYS.I had went to another eye dr. about 4 years ago. Everything was so inconvenient . Had to get surgery. Separate appointments in other places, as far as Naples. Plugs in eyes miles away from their office. Had to sign a NDA .had to pay $100.00 for eye drops, for cataract surgery. Just before surgery ,I  canceled  all my appointments and surgeries with them and went to Quigley's. one of my best decisions ever.

Great patient care. My mother in law had an amazing experience with her cataract surgery.

I had cataract surgery, performed by Dr. Kye Lewis, in January, 2022.  I picked out the more expensive lenses for both eyes.  They did the right eye first and when I came back a week later I was told that they put the cheaper lens in because they did not have the more expensive lens available.  So instead of rescheduling my surgery he went ahead and did it.  I now have one eye with a better lens, and one with a cheaper lens.  I think I should have been the one to decide which lenses were put in my eyes, but he decided for me.  I wish I had gone somewhere else.Bonnie Fury

Awful system zero care for patient experience.   Offices cannot communicate, they have to use call center.    call center does no triage properly, could not be seen in office I was scheduled, because they don't do contacts in this location.   Think this would be part of the intake process

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Lewis that did my eye lid surgery a few years ago. I explained that my right eye lid was closing . I was told that he no longer was there but I was given an other Dr. When I showed up for my appointment I was ushered in a room for an eye exam ! I kept saying that I did not need an eye exam but to have my lid looked at. Tech said she was told to do it so I went along with it until she wanted to dyeilate my eyes. Tech went and got an other tech that read my the riot act because I said no. After the tool would not work I was told that I refuse. After Then sent into an other waiting area I was not there for a glaucoma test. It's my Lid. When the specialist came into the room she said why are you here and I said my lid.. Well she could not help me and stated that I should of seen an Specialist in that field and to add insult to the wound I was charged $88.00

Scheduling staff is rude and incompetent.  They talk as if they're doctors and do accommodate your requests.  My request to talk to a supervisor was she'd call me back at her convenience.  I will stop going here.

Hapless, rude, money grubbing.  I wouldn't trust these idiots anywhere near my eyes
