Very professional and clear with their instructions. There was a short wait time but that is to be expected. The staff went out of their way to see that those waiting were distancing themselves from each other due to the Covid-19.

The treatment I received was excellent. However, finding things out beforehand was a particular challenge. If they don't give you instructions on the phone or in person, trying to get information is challenging/near impossible. There's also an old web link with old hours and an old non-working telephone number. I've always had great experiences here and try to always book at this location (Broadway). The staff is the biggest part of what makes it great.

Radiology Regional has always been my place to go for any procedure. I would not ever want to go someplace else. My latest procedure was scheduled for the next day and I was able to get in without a hiccup. The waiting room can be filled, but the flow of patients going in and coming out is very efficient. The staff and technicians are thorough, courteous and helpful with any questions. Thank you.
