Terrible breast reduction done by Ralph Garramone. I have scar tissue everywhere and almost lost my nipples right after surgery. I do not recommend him for reductions.

The office and staff are polite and seem attentiv, but that ends. He did a horrible job on the surgery, even after he tried to offer up lasers to correct and even did additional corrective surgery, which still did not look good. He basically did not want me in his office anymore and tried to brush his bad job off as my fault. Office never returns calls, he's always too busy and last time he wanted over $11,000 to correct his bad mistakes. Do not go to him !

This is difficult for me to write - I can’t begin to express how disappointed I am in this practice. I had a couple of different facials from Garramome and was pretty happy, so I thought maybe I could trust them with other procedures. Big mistake. I paid for emSculpt per their recommendation and ended up being BIGGER after the procedure (Cassie, their technician, agreed with me that it had the complete opposite effect). I’ve been trying for the last six months to reach someone about rectifying this but to no avail. I now have to pay to go somewhere else to fix the issue they’ve created. Think twice before investing in anything here. They do not care about patient satisfaction as long as they are paid at the end of the day. Update: I decided to leave this review elsewhere since meeting someone recently who had an aweful experience. Do not go here!!!! My experience was in 2021.

Horrible experience with this man that I hesitate to call a doctor. I'm extremely unhappy with the results and feel ripped off. The front office was polite.

My experience with Dr. Garramone and his staff was amazing from consultation to now post op appointments, his bed side manner, the cleanliness, his professionalism and knowledge makes you feel so comfortable and relieves you from any doubts. I am still healing and I already love it - my incisions from the breast lift are very clean and minor, they are the smallest I've seen. I feel confident and amazing, he really goes above and beyond your initial goal. Dr. Garramone and his staff especially, Jen Couture and Sydney, make sure to continue to check on you and are available 24hrs for any concerns before and after my procedure. Surgery can be scary but when you pick the right surgeon it makes things 100% easier. Everyone should have this kind of experience when having surgery. He is very involved and genuinely cares about his patients and the work he does!
