I visited for the first time. HIs nurse, Joni, was very pleasant and took my medical history before I met with Scott. He was very thorough with a complete full body inspection. He froze many of my pre-cancerous lumps and bumps, plus removed some non pre-cancerous ugly lumps and bumps. I would recommend him and will see him again. GSM

Dr. Crater has always made himself available whenever issues arise between scheduled visits and has done a great job with my old skin problems. He and his staff are thorough, patient and completely professional.

1.5 yrs ago I had a procedure done & got an awful Staph infection, his nurse said how odd it was as one other patient got the same thing that week. Then over the past 6 months, he did a biopsy on an area on my face, said it was all clear, never healed, and ended up doing it a 2nd time, still didn't get it, wanted to do it a 3rd, possibly a 4th time. I finally realized he is an inadequate Dr. So I went to a different group, and they did it all in 1 procedure, including the biopsy,Never see him!

Dr. Crater was not knowledgeable about my condition. He said if I wasn't so fat, I wouldn't have it. But he later realized that this disease is hereditary. He was not professional; I would not go back to him.
