A nightmare getting visitation set up so my Dad can see my Mom.Pre Covid lockdown tried NUMEROUS times to set up visitation between Mom and Dad (they live in seperate buildings) only to find visitation had started and then stopped. They'd visit a few times and then I'd discover, by ME CONTACTING staff, it had stopped. And I'm contacting staff because of a crying elderly Father who thinks his wife has died and that's why he's not seeing her! Thought we had visitation set up and Covid lockdown.Again post lockdown a nightmare! Thought visitation had started, but when my Dad was crying, moaning asking me on some phone calls if Mom was mad him, other phone calls if Mom is dead, called, got an aide, and she told me they haven't been visiting. They don't have a transporter and don't know when they'll hire one. Shellpoint NEVER contacted me to tell me this!THANK YOU Shellpoint for leaving me with phone calls from a crying 96year old man who hasn't been seeing his wife. Great care Shellpoint for the Mental Health of the people you claim to care for!Mom's in dementia unit. I could never get her on the phone. When I visited at Christmas time the woman at the station told me to call the nurses station and they would give Mom the phone. She told me that they do this all the time. Well, all the times I called the station either they didn't know where my Mom was... she's belled!....or they didn't pick up. When I called sales and said they had better let people know that when their loved one is in the Pavilion they'll never hear from them again, it was arranged for her to call me every Monday. The first Monday the wrong phone number was called, although I had emphasized what number to call. The second Monday Shellpoint got it right, third Monday...no call, but a call Tuesday. One worker tried to tell me they couldn't make Mom call if she didn't want to, to which I replied, she has dementia! Dial my number, put the phone to her ear and she'll talk.My experience with Shellpoint has been very poor. I do not see care for basic mental health by ensuring a husband and wife see each other.

Extremely rude individual at the pro shop. I went to use the driving range on 3/1/2022. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. I will never be back! Best of luck with that mess.

I worked here, now we live here. I have an intimate knowledge of Shell Point and it is all great and getting better. Check out the new health center, skilled nursing and the Tribby. Prepare to be impressed.

Notice that they don't respond to negative reviews? That in and of itself should speak volumes. And why are there no negative reviews on other forums? Because they delete them! BEWARE!!!My late mother-in-law was set to move in, and we received notice the day before her move-in date that they would not be accepting her. What changed? They learned that her daughter and I are a couple. Homophobia at its finest. And their hate was visited on a 92-year-old. Horrible.
