I had surgery done for a "hiatal hernia". Procedure done by what they call a doctor there "Moses K. Shieh, DO, FACOS"- I have never been the same since - I had several repercussions that I'm still fighting 5 months later. After the procedure in the Hospital I told "Moses K. Shieh, DO, FACOS" of the diarrhea problem to which he said and did NOTHING. I have been to several other Doctors for the problems that arose from this initial procedure, including a colonoscopy and a slew of lab tests for perpetual diarrhea. - Yesterday they had the audacity to arbitrarily bill me another $96.64, five months after the hiatal hernia procedure for what they say was another procedure done on a post follow-up visit. I have no record of this visit at all. I should have known better then to go to weight loss amateurs for a real medical procedure. I blame myself and my PCP who recommended this place and these people, the billing pushed me over the edge, tomorrow I will consult with an attorney. My advice would be to stay as far away as possible to “Surgical Healing Arts Center” for ANYTHING!

Dr Shieh has been my surgeon for many years. In 2010 I had a botched up surgery for Lap Band from a different doctor in Fort Myers and my family physician recommended I see Dr Shieh. He removed my band and did Gastric Bypass. No issues and because of him and his staff I have been able to keep the weight off and feel great!He has treated me for routine procedures to emergency surgeries. He is an amazing surgeon and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Ramlogan and the staff were terrific. I had a lipoma removed, a simple procedure but I was still anxious and nervous about going under anesthesia. Dr. Ramlogan put me right at ease, even prayed for me before going into surgery. I am not a religious person, but I appreciated that Dr. Ramlogan was and wanted to pray for a good outcome. His manner and calm nature just made me feel like everything would be fine. The surgery went well, the wound healed perfectly. Couldn’t ask for a better outcome or a nicer doctor.

My son had the sleeve surgery in July 2020. Dr. Ramlogan was the surgeon. Dr. Ramlogan was absolutely excellent. He is very caring, encouraging, and informative. He takes time with his patients. My son has lost over 140 lbs in the first year. We cannot say enough about how good the Surgical Healing Arts Center staff have been.

On May 24 2021 Dr Ramlogan performed a large Hernia surgery on me. Everything went great with no complications and I’m feeling great already!He is a compassionate , calm, and friendly doctor. He answered all my questions and he is a great listener , that made me feel at ease. He also prayed with me before the surgery! 🙏🏼The whole staff is very professional and friendly too.I can not thank Dr Ramlogan enough for all he has done for me!
