I didn't get to see doctor I had a 2:15 appt I arrived at 1:30 There was no air cond in office and it 95 degrees I watched several patients get called who had come in after me After an hour I went back to desk She said my appt wasn't till 3:15 I showed her appt card it said 2:15 She said I would be next but I would have to wait till rooms were cleared WHAT ANOTHER HOUR? with no air I asked for my paper back and left This office is too busy and unorganized

Poor facility management Dr. was no available staff lied an told me PA who not a doctor was a doctor... very misleading. Appointment was 45-60 minutes late

Port Charlotte office is over crowed and has failed to enforce social distancing in my 2 visits. Communication between PC and FM is poor as patient info is not transfered in a timely fashion. Over all, although friendly the front office staff is either understaffed or lacking in efficiency.

This was a 6 month follow up visit and all was stable since the last. There is plenty of staff and each has a specific task related to patient care. There is always a wait but that is because Dr. Malkani and his staff take time to listen and work with their patients.
