Timely and efficient—respectful that their patients have other things to do than wait in a doctor’s office. Minimal wait time, Friendly staff and thorough examination. Dr. Quigley seemed relaxed and ready to answer questions, if need be. He was also friendly and proficient. He seemed surprised that I didn’t have cataracts because I now understand that is his area of accomplishment and specialization. I also got my prescription filled in their optical department. Lynn at the Southpoint office has seen (see what I did there?) more than her fair share of those wading through the deep of picking a perfect frame. She was helpful, knowledgeable, so sweet and with a style radar that was dialed in. Having her assistance was like having your mom or best friend along. I feel like I received my first pair of glasses back within a week which surprised me as it was in the midst of holidays. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had a rapid onset, sore red eye. I was able to make a same day appointment. Great service. Minimal wait times. Quick diagnosis. Very impresses.

Spend a few bucks on upholstery and forget this. Stools have bare spots

I was not greeted upon my arrival. I signed in & waited 25 minutes before being called & told the Doctor I was to see was not there. Jennifer from the front desk was extremely rude. She said she called me prior to this but said I was on the phone.. So she knew who I was but couldn’t call out more loudly or walk around the counter to get me! Although she knew exactly who I was she continued to let me wait. She then picked up her purse and personal belongings and without a word out of respect she walked away while I thought we were in the middle of a discussion. What kind person working a front desk acts like this! She could have excused herself or said her shift was over and Xx would further help me but I got nothing to that. Very disrespectful and very unbecoming a so called customer service person. Appaling behavior for Dr. Quigley office. I won’t be back. So I went there for nothing. Waited 25 minutes for nothing. Was treated very disrespectful and you had no alternate doctor to do my LipiFlow procedure! I’ve already chosen a different location the last several visits because the office on South Pointe I always slow and I’ve had to wait way too long. I only came back because I was referred by Dr Schwartz from the Alico office for the LipiFlow procedure. But now besides the history of waiting too long now you hire rude employees. Your office is not the only one around. Again.. you lost a long standing customer.

All the people working there were very friendly- dr.Quigley also was great - very professional & friendly -only unfavorable thing was the wait- over an hour hit that seems to be everywhere lately

I had an emergency, eye infection, I saw Dr McCan, early morning appointment. I appreciate the appointment and the treatment. They aren’t my eye specialists but they will be now. The staff were very polite. Thank you Connie Jackson
