Too much waiting, and babies and kids are sick to wait that long for a call,they have to make more room or more hospital, I don't know but this is unbelievable 😡

Dr. Rimmel the pediatric ENT was amazing from her first appointment to her surgery! The staff at golisano was beyond amazing! Everybody was so loving and caring I’ve never experienced care like this. There are so many things to keep the little ones happy and the staff is so interactive with them. Thank you everybody for making this stressful time not so stressful!

Had an amazing experience, all the staff was friendly, professional, and acknowledged my daughter in a very positive matter. She was comfortable and that made us feel at ease.

My daughter broke her elbow a week ago and needed surgery I was a mess. This was not the first time for my children to be cared for at Golisano so I was not worried at all. I would like to thank her amazing and I mean amazing Dr and all her nurses and support staff for doing such an amazing job. I would also like to send a special thank you to the receptionist on the the third floor for making me comfortable and taking the edge off I remember her from the last couple visits because every time I was there she always dressed in a different character for that unit I think that is amazing to do that not just for the children but for the families that are so nervous that women really deserves to be recognized ❤️ it really shows the love she has not just for the job but for the families thank you so much.

I’ve had poor experiences with the ER and in NICU. In both units I had a Dr or NP literally laugh at my questions/ requests. They really should make sure parents can’t hear or see their reactions if they feel the need to be negative and rude. Dr Vargas in the ER laughed when I requested an ultrasound for my daughter and then proceeded to have social time with a nurse before coming to speak with me(which I started videoing after I saw him laughing when the nurse told him my request).I’m absolutely appalled at the behavior of these “professionals” and Lee health should ashamed to employ such individuals.

We moved from NY. We were spoiled with Cohens Children Hospital there. But I can't tell you the relief we feel knowing that Golisanos is a short drive away! Great doctors, great staff. If we feel our kids need some kind of special and their Pediatrician is unavailable we head straight there withoust hesitation. Best Hospital for kids in Southwest Florida!

I took my 2 week old son here after seeing his pediatrician and finding out he tested positive for rsv. I brought him him around 3 am Friday night and we were there for 6 days. Every single nurse from the ER to the pediatric icu, to the regular pediatric floor were absolutely incredible. I’ve never felt so at ease while going through such a scary and unpredictable time. Not only did they make sure my son was comfortable 24/7 but also accommodated me as well. Never made me feel bad for pressing the call button 10 times in 1 night because I was either worried, needed help swaddling, or just needed water. I can go on and on but truly the best experience with the best staff. Thank you so much for helping my baby boy.

last night I needed help..thank you for leaving me in the waiting room for 3 hours.. not nice.. I really have bad asthma and ya just wanted me to sit around and really risk me getting sick....you really need better training. galisano er.. not recommended at all to no one...

Had an over all amazing experience BUT i do just want to take the time to point out the nursers that took care of me. They went above and beyond. So if your about to go into labor OR the OB unit see if the following people are there. Wendy, Cynthia, Evelyn, Amber, Nikki, Bonnie, and last but not least my favorite Kristi aka ginger.
