A LADY IN THERE OFFICE CALLED ME INCOMPETENT BUT I HAVE PAPERWORK STATING MY REFILL DATES AND IM INCOMPETENT. I ALWAYS SAY ITS HARD TO SOAR WITH THE EAGLES WHEN YOUR GROUNDED BY TURKEYS.To many problems with the staff. I was put in the hospital so the doctor could see how morphine worked on me not knowing I had it done before his reaction was I didnt see that meaning he never read my notes from the other doctors. There time I was sent to the wrong office. THIS I WAS SUPPOSED TO MEX REFILLS IN JULY AND AUGUST I HAD A PEPER THAT SAID THE SAME THING IT CAME FROM HIS OFFICE. SO THEY WANTED TO DRIVE OVER A HOUR SO HE COULD REFILL MY MEDSFRO. THERE MISTAKE.

Staff put my husband in examination room and forgot to tell doctor. Doctor Micovic left without seeing my husband. Tried for 4 days to get prescription filled. Memorial day weekend and no refill.

Dr Mickovic was ok . but he was to send prescription to drug store and it never happened . called the office two different times to inquire about problem . got recording left message with phone number still no response . not very professional.

Dr. Micovik is truly a life saver. Janine his arnp is super too. I have a debilitating condition and we have literally tried everything from epidurals to shots. I have other conditions that have placed me into 3 comas as well. But these Drs literally refuse to give up on me. Even when I am literally peeing blood from a 21mm kidney stone they are constantly there checking on my health. So yes you may have to wait for an hour to see them but its because they take the time to listen to their patient and determine their course of treatment. But you will leave knowing that youre actually being cared for and not just some invoice for an institution. If one treatment doesnt work then they research each new one that comes along and calm your nerves when you think all else has failed. Dr. Micovik and the drs at this clinic have been in this business for years so if youre just a drug head looking for dope keep going because this clinic caters to each individual patient with serious needs and not to those looking for a fix. They work hard for their money and only for the true concern of their patient. Something that is entirely missed from the good old days when a Dr truly cares for the clientele. Thank all for all you do.

Had a referral sent to him from my GP along with files called told me send files we have received nothing even tho it had been sent more than 24 hrs before. Sent more files called again told oh we should open a chart for you and Hanna will call you within 2 days So sorry the previous operator didnt do that. That was 3 weeks agonever heard back and meanwhile I am in horrible pain and was able to get in elsewhere with an office that cares bout people in pain. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to establish with a new dr. his staff really dropped the ball and should be ashamed of themselves. Its weird how some phone service seems to run his office.

We personally Love Dr Mikovic But his front staff is highly incompetent or they just dont care. We sat for almost 1 12 hrs for an appt while the technician waited for us in the back. If you call and ask for your RX on the 30th day give all your information DOB etc. they will say hold on the put you into the VoiceMail. What is the point? But you will not get your RX they will tell you you should still have enough. Are you kidding me?? Also Dont ask to whom you are speaking to they wont tell you. This makes dealing with the entire office extremely difficult. Long waits no explanation.

I found Dr. Micovic to be rude without compassion and too hurried to listen to my husbands medical history. He reviewed an MRI taken at Radiology Regional. It showed no spinal fusion surgery no fractures or compressions. Basically he told my husband he never had surgery and never fractured any vertebrae. The 3 reports from 3 different MRI tests taken in CT and NY described the surgery and listed the fractured vertebrae. Either the radiologist and doctors in CT and NY cant interpret a MRI or the radiologist and Dr. Micovic cant read a MRI. Dr. Micovic was not interested in trying to find the cause off any pain my husband has been experiencing. Once he realized my husband would not be signing up for injections or surgery he suggested we seek another doctor. Perhaps as an anesthesiologist his knowledge only consists off numbing pain not finding the cause. I would discourage receiving any medical advice from Dr. Micovic

My wife liked the doctor very much. However today she arrived 15 minutes before her appointment and sat for one hour with no explanation . She went to desk and said I have another appointment I must go to and the desk replied ok see ya. No explanation or set another appointment poor service on their part

The very best. Dr is very honest charged me a third what I paid for an epideral in Iowa 10 years ago. I came in unbearable pain and left with no pain at all. Epiderals last a long time. Thank you Dr. Telling all my friends with pain to come see you.

Dr Micovic was very friendly he explained everything to me and he was super compassionate to me. I had complications from my gallbladder surgery and he was right there to up my pain medicine for ten days. I highly recommend him??
