Alexandra Berger's Online Review Report Card

Extremely unprofessional office. They light sage which is awful for a doctors office where asthmatics like me come in. They went on vacation but didn’t tell me at all and didn’t even put it in their voicemail so I had to come to the office to find out they’re closed. They didn’t consider that some people had prescriptions running out with no refill. I’m a new patient so I didn’t think she’d just give me one bottle of medicine and then leave. Basic math would’ve shown her she’d be out when I ran out. Edit: thank goodness I can edit so I can correct you. This isn’t about my asthma. You didn’t refer me to a lung doctor, I told you I have one. It’s about the other medicine you prescribed that you didn’t give a refill on. Also where’s the google update? Not there. And I didn’t receive any info from your office about a closure. You’re literally ignoring the whole point of my review and saying I don’t think you need a vacation? All you had to do is actually refill meds like a normal doctor.

WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR WILL DESCRIBE MY VISIT WITH THE STAFF AND DOCTOR BERGER. I WAS GREETED LIKE A FRIEND, NOT A STRANGER AND TO HAVE A DOCTOR SPEND TIME "LISTENING" TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY IS NOT COMMON ANYMORE. THE NORM TODAY IS TO WALK IN WITH A TABLET, AND SPEND MAYBE 10 MINUTES WITH YOU AND MAYBE LISTEN TO YOU FOR A MINUTE OR TWO AND OFF TO THE NEXT PATIENT. AND DON'T FORGET YOUR CO-PAY. DR BERGER SPENT AT LEAST AN HOUR GOING OVER ALL MY UNSOLVED ISSUES AND EVEN DID A REFERRAL TO ANOTHER SPECIALIST. IT SEEMS LIKE MOST DOCTORS DO NOT HAVE A SENSE OF CURIOSITY AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TELL YOU TO TAKE THIS PILL AND LET ME KNOW HOW IT WORKS WITHOUT FINDING THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU DR BERGER AND STAFF FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE IWHAT I HAD TO SAY MATTERED.

Is very pharaoh doctor

First visit with Dr. Berger and already I feel comfortable with her as my doctor. A doctor who listens! Looking forward to a long relationship. Office staff is very nice and nurse Christina was great.

I don't leave 1 stars. CHECK THE RECEIPTS (I I have written a lot of reviews) I was disappointed from the very beginning of my visit. I was asked to leave financial information that was completely unnecessary. My insurance covers me. Absolutely zero reason to have to leave financial information on file. And then of course I get the obligatory condescending "we're sorry sir but she's not accepting you as a patient" No problem! Enjoy your review! The "Reply" is NONSENSE! And whomever left that is full of it!

RUN don't walk away from this place. Don't bother calling them to verify if they take your insurance, they'll tell you they do even if they don't then nail you with a bill a month later. First visits go great and then you see the seedy behavior really quick. Again no mention of them not taking the insurance you called and verified. They'll have you go into the office a second time to "review blood work" just to say "oh you're fine". Just to get the office fee payment. Total scam of a doctor office. Again, RUN.

Great staff excellent doctor

I needed a new doctor as I live in a different area and Dr. Berger was so thorough and patient when I went to her. The medical advice she gave me already has me feeling better.
