Excellent office
My appointment with Dr. McKnight was outstanding. He is professional, knowledgable and has good bedside manner. Very please with having him as my new osteoporosis doctor, for I've had this condition for over 25 years. I feel confident that Dr. McKnight is taking care of my medical condition and will get me well on my way to improvement.
I wouldn’t even rate this place a one. Two weeks ago after my husband had been in severe pain, barely being able to walk or use his arm, his primary physician did blood work. My husbands Rheumatoid Factor came back 436 as well as other elevated numbers suggesting R.A. From that point my husband was referred to McKnights office for further assistance. After a couple days we contacted McKnights office to inquire about the referral. A gentleman answered the phone, advised they got the referral and mentioned something about waiting on insurance but confirmed they had the right contact number for my husband. Mind I was already well aware McKnights office was in network with my insurance. After one week of still no phone call and my husband obviously still in pain, we called McKnights office again regarding his referral that was sent. Answering the phone was an extremely rude female and when inquiring about the referral sent, her answer was that no new appointments until after January 2023. We were left speechless, leaving us to search for another doctor. Found one a little further away with much better reviews. Contacted my husbands primary physician regarding the new doctor found and they immediately got the referral over resulting in this doctors office calling that day. Teach your office staff to do better, because in my opinion they can make you or break you. Never even meeting this Doctor, I will never have anything good to say about this office and definitely the staff which started with only a phone call. Shameful actually since my husbands primary doctor so strongly recommended this place.

Got new insurance, called and emailed information so specialty med could be authorized by Abbvie, otherwise it costs me $1800 for 1 month. This was September 2. Called back week or so later and he was on vacation. Called when he had returned letting woman in office all of this and that abbvie had also faxed form 3 times. I explained to her I needed it on September 29. I was told it is on his desk and he will do it between patients. Needless to say he never authorized it. Today is 10/18 and I have not received my meds yet as I had to see new rheumatologist and wait for abbvie to approve. Didn’t think much of him when I met with him. Didn’t feel any of arthritis areas or have blood work done. I have found new rheumatologist who does his job. Stay away from this one!
Kind. Understandimg lisened to my concert and will work.on getting a solution to my issue
Consults with the patient about their situation rather than dictating to them.
Dr. McKnight is one of the best, he listens, and takes time that is needed with no rushing!! He has a great "bedside" manner!!!
I have been a patient of his for many years and I think he is great. He thinks outside the box and is patient, caring, and very knowledgeable. He is also punctual which means a lot to some. I don't mind waiting for a doctor but some are ridiculous. I think highly enough of him that I referred a close friend. He is very personable and has genuine empathy for his patients many of which have chronic pain( myself included).
COMPETENT, COMPASSIONATE, PROFICIENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ISDR. MCKNIGHT AND HIS OFICE STAFF...... HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO LOOK INTO A MYSTERY DISEASE PROBLEM THAT MY PRIMARY CARE DISMISSED OR WAS NOT INTERESTED ENOUGH TO FIND...... I AM IMPRESSED. I AM GRATEFUL,. I AM A PICKY PATIENT . I AM IMPRESSED. HE WILL BE MY RHEUMOTOLOGIST FROM NOW ON !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
