Had to have knee surgery due to a fall. Surgery went fine but trying to get a follow up visit was hard. Left several messages as instructed but did not receive a call back. When I did finally get through, was asked why I took so long to call. After receiving what I thought were all the bills, I received a call from debt collectors about bills for this office. Since I never received a bill I thought it was a scammer. I went to a scheduled visit which was my second since the surgery and asked about the debt collectors calling me. I was told that I did have an outstanding balance. Not once did I received a bill nor was I notified at my visits that I owed anything. This is a very poor practice and is why I gave such a poor rating.

I have wonderful service everytime I go from the girls in the from desk to the girls in the back and my angel for my shot is Drew, I think he is great.

I want to thank Dr.Beiser. He did surgery on my son and did a great job and was honest with me from beginning to end during a very stressful time. Treated my son like his own and I will never forget it. I usually don't like people and I have a problem with any form of PDA. LOL but I gave him a hug for this. I know i will never hear from him again but I want to say thank you DR.BEISER will won't forget this.

Dr. Beiser is amazing. He treated my son's injury and took excellent care of him.He kept me informed and calm, He put the smile back on my son's face! We knew we were in good hands.

The absolute worst surgical experience I have ever encountered in my entire life !! Procedure of bi-lateral was first done in 1940 !! Yet, he calls himself "innovative" !!! There's nothing that this doctor does that's innovative !!! If you are seeking a surgeon, please seek a surgeon with more than 4 years experience !!! None of my pain was ever controlled properly !!! This surgeon doesn't have a clue on any standard of care whatsoever !!! I had to beg for my pain medication!!!! It took every bit of self control I have, to not punch him in the face at my post surgical follow up appointments !!! Never again !!!!

We had no choice but to see Dr. Beiser because we were transferred due to my son's trauma and him being 14. We had to wait 10 days for him to operate due to swelling in hospital. Surgery went fine but overall his bedside manner is not great..lack of communication amd empathy! His office is horrible. They tried to cancel my son's 1 week post op appt bc they said xray machine was broken. I demanded my son still be seen for wound care on his incisions and pain management as my son was still in pain..we arrive early to our 1:30appt to be told that Dr. Beiser is still in surgery amd we have choice but to see a PA here. They don't know how long it would be....overall this place has no compassion for their patients. I would not see this doctor again. Horrible experience for both my son and I. I wouldn't wish the way we were treated by his staff on anyone.
