I was so pleased with my visit to Dr. Lanza. He was very caring, very understanding and was determined to help me find the help I needed for my rare condition. He never denied what I said I felt was going on.

Dr. Lanza performed surgery on my 5 year old son (adenoid removal), He was amazing. I was so nervous prior to the surgery and Dr.Lanza and his staff were very attentive, caring, and great professionals above all.

Dr. Lanza was kind and compassionate and spent a long time listening to me on my first visit. I was referred to him by my ENT due to me not healing well after a deviated septum surgery. Dr. Lanza was very thorough and ordered testing of some cultures he took, something my other doctor had not done. He made a long list of recommendations and discussed them with me in detail. A few days later I was diagnosed with MRSA and he ordered a stronger antibiotic. I am so thankful for Dr. Lanza, for him listening to me and looking for and finding the real problem. I will not be going back to my other ENT. I highly recommend Dr. Lanza.

Dr Lanza is a very caring, knowledgeable, and professional specialist. He always treats you as the only patient he will see all day. The office staff, the nurses and the PA’s are all excellent professionals

Dr Lanza is an amazing doctor. He truly cares about you. He diagnosed my throat cancer in the very early stages(hoarse) and I am cancer free to day because of his experience. I was seeing another doctor who diagnosed my symptoms as silent Gerd.

Made an appointment with this guy for a new patient 2 months ago. Today recieved a call to cancel and reschedule. Another 7 weeks. What a joke.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Lanza. He did not listen or what I said about my symptoms went in one ear and out the other. He sent me for MRI, MRI report is in my patient portal a couple weeks now, his office cancelled my Doc Appt. and said next appt. available was July 29. That's 2 months to wait for my results and to be referred to a neurologist. DELAY OF DIAGNOSIS! Meanwhile my ear pain neuralgia worsens and tinnitus is louder. All I needed was a phone call with my MRI Results and a direction or plan to fix the problem, which means a referral to a Neurologist who specializes in Geniculate neuralgia, in which Dr. Lanza told me he does not know what that is. Well he should because its the Trigeminal nerve that effects the ear. Hes an Ear nose and throat guy, he should know what this is. His office girl Christine is a rude mess and nasty on the phone. I will not go back to this office ever. He is too busy to care about his patients.

They need to specify Doctor’s specialty @ this practice-he was thorough in reviewing the history of my vertigo & ear fullness but had to send me to an inner ear specialist associated with this group.
