His staff was nice and his nurse practitioner was very nice and understanding and took her time to go over my reports and asked me many questions. The best ever. Dr. Chalasani was super nice and attentive and asked many question and gave very good advice and gave me the choice of what procedure I would prefer to have to check for clogged arteries. He took his time and was in no hurry. Just treated me like he knew me a long time. Only problem is, his waiting room they say is always packed. Everyone wants him and have been seeing him for 20+ years or more. Not your typical cardiologist or doctor. Never met anyone like him or his Nurse Practitioner. Why would you not see him.

Dr. Prasad Chalasani is an outstanding cardiologist. He is caring and a highly skilled surgical professional who saved my father's life and gave him an invaluable quality of life improvement with a successful TAVR procedure. The entire family thanks you.

love Dr. Chalasani. He saved my husband's life. But long-term with his staff? I just can't anymore. We had an appointment today 12/23, I called to confirm. I was told it was rescheduled - with no call to us & without our knowledge - until 2/7. He hasn't been seen since March! This is not acceptable. We had crucial questions we were counting on this appt for. Nobody seems to be able to see an earlier appt until I talk to the medical assistant. Why? The staff answering the phone has been just rude & insensitive. Staff: you are dealing with heart patients, spouses & relatives here. I'm tired of being scared for my husband, and then intimidated when calling by your rude attitude. How do you treat people like you're doing them favors by answering the phone? God forbid if I have questions. We're looking for a backup cardiologist. I don't want to, but if I can't get in touch with our current one when it's important, we have no choice.

Extremely rushed. He listens to respond…..rather than listen to hear what his patients have to say Been waiting for a return call regarding a bill….never get a real person. Always a recording. For two months I have left messages…no return calls. Done with them
