Great place the staff is kind, friendly & concerned. The experience was really good & the wait wasn’t long at all. Whole Family Health is the Walmart of Doctor offices, yep ALL IN ONE & I love that!!!!!! Hats off to Dr. Claudette John’s & the entire staff you all are awesome 😎…..

Mrs C. John's is not only caring and understanding she and her assistant help make sure it's done right the first. I love them at whole family health.

I have been having back pain for weeks, I called to get an appointment with a PC but was given an appointment with an APRN. She did not even look at my back, just said from her experience I may have walking pneumonia, she sent me for a chest X-ray ordered STAT. And called in a RX for antibiotics. I am going on week 3 and have not heard back from the APRN. I called the center where the X-ray was taken and go my report. I never picked up the RX nor was I concerned about having pneumonia as I had just had a lung CT Scan months prior, which I shared with her. I would not go back to this facility if you paid me. I still do not know why I have pain in my back, it still is there. So now I will look for a competent physician or facility to help me. This facility is also I need of an overhaul, torn furniture, old dark smelly place.

Yesterday I had an appointment to get my first COVID vaccination. I was dismayed initially when searching for a parking spot and seeing the numbers of people milling around; HOWEVER, the personnel had such a smooth, well-oiled system in place, things moved with precision. I was soooo impressed. One gentleman remarked "If only our government was this organized!" Kudos Whole Family Health Center for a job well done!!

Thanks so much to the lovely and highly professional ladies that came to our office today to Covid test us all after a staff member tested positive last week. I’m sorry I didn’t get names but wish I could recognize you all publicly. You ladies were amazing and we truly appreciate you.

I've been seeing Dr P and his highly qualified staff for over 30 years. In any long term chronic care have there been bumps along the way? Of Course there have been a few and not of the Good Dr's making, most are self inflicted by the patients themselves. Speaking from personal experience any review that did not honestly recognize this would be a falsehood.If you desire a streamline no-nonsense approach to treatment and You understand the committed responsibility of being compliant in a Physician/patient team, then this is the practice for your Whole families wellness and yourself.Strongly Consider Whole Family Health

I spent three hours waiting at quest diagnostic after being told they sent the information for labs three different times. The representative from quest called and they sent her to a voice mail. I canceled my future appointment as they were help to me at all today.

If you're looking for healthcare with a professional attitude this is the wrong place to go. I have never dealt with such subpar Medical Associates as I have at this location! If I could do a negative five I would. Absolutely horrible go somewhere else this is a ghetto clinic with medical professionals that do not care about things like anxiety and massive panic attacks. I wouldn't send my neighbor's dog there okay?!?
