William J Stanton's Online Review Report Card

I just want to start off by saying Dr. Stanton did a good job with my left rotator repair. However I discovered that my secondary complaint was never documented, yet I was given physical therapy for it. 🧐 Months has been wasted, not to mention the year that I’ve already missed from not being able to work due to my injury. It took me almost 8 months to have the surgery. And now I just found out two more months were wasted. I can’t have an MRI done on my right shoulder, because nothing was ever documented. So the insurance carrier keeps denying it, which is understandable due to the office not sending in any supporting documentation for that authorization request. Which they should have noticed when they first went into my chart 2 months ago. Office manager Kristen put all the blame on Dr. Stanton, in reality he’s only responsible for his notes. For them to waste two months of my time sending 2 MRI request with nothing to support that request, that falls on them. What they should have done is once they noticed that there was a mistake, was to bring me in two months ago and rectify their mistakes. Instead Kristen and Kaitlyn kept blaming the insurance company. Dr. Stanton and the staff are fully aware that I am not working and that I am a single parent. And that we have been homeless before due to my right shoulder being fully repaired in 2016. I was proactive on my care & recovery since day 1. Once I expressed that I was not happy, Kristen “Office Manager” wanted to proceed with no apology and also thought it was okay telling me that their job is just as stressful as my situation. That to me was mind blowing, and I responded to her you cannot compare you having a job & doing your job versus me and my kids livelihood being impacted from repeated mistakes. Now I am searching for a new orthopedic, and have to start this process all over again. This is not OK and not acceptable. UPDATE 6/17/23: After all this wasted time & negligence, yesterday got word I need surgery. HCA doctors really suck! Once I recover, I will be addressing HCA further. RUN FAST FROM HCA DOCTORS!

George saw the P.A. Steve for injections in his knees. Dr Stanton did come in to say hello and discuss the injections. We are always confident of receiving excellent care at Dr Stanton’s office weather George sees the Dr or Steve. They are always caring, courteous and maintain a positive attitude. They provide excellent, friendly care.

Professional and courteous Doctor and support staff. Examination and assessment was explained. Action plan was discussed and staff helped in setting in motion. Very please with degree of urgency.

Dr Stanton’s practice has always been a welcoming place to visit. My first visit was in 2012 with my latest visit being recent. I have had many trivial situations over the years due to insurance, which the ladies of the office have always went above and beyond for me. Even during Covid this office performed well, you would have never known a pandemic was going on. I have always felt my needs were heard and attended to with every single visit. It’s obvious Dr Stanton is invested in what he does because it radiates throughout the office. Thank you for setting such a beautiful standard for how medical practices should operate and care for their patients. I can only wish Dr Stanton and his office was my go to Dr for everything! Thank you again

Great doctor pain was so bad I could not sleep. Dr. Stanton definitely fixed my problem. Sleep great now. And can around without pain. Thank you again Dr. Stanton
