Everything went very well.
Testing wasn’t bad at all like some. Nice doctor NP staff. Only wish I could have got to see the doctor instead of the NP when I needed cause I believe I could have got answers quicker got better quicker. Had over 2 months of treatment before ever getting a scope done to look to see why I was so sick couldnt eat hardly anything. It should have been sooner but maybe they put it off because of the COVID being around.🤷♀️ But over all a good Dr the NP Mark took up time answering any questions I had..
Highly responsive and attentive to my wifes need for a GI Scope. Able to get in on short notice and have the procedure done. Prompt followup as well. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Abrasley and NP Brianne Freel
I recently had a colonoscopy done with Dr. Abrasley.First off his nurse tried to cancel my procedure when I never told her that is what I wanted.Secondly after the procedure they told me do NOT contact Dr. Abrasleys office just do a followup with your other surgeon. WTH???And lastly I had bleeding during the night from the rectum very bad back pain.Do you think anyone from their office or the surgery center called me to see how I am doing??? Hell NoNo one cares at this God forsaken place.I do NOT recommended ANYONE to go here at all....
He dosnt care about life anymore and only about the money.
Very compassionate and caring provider. Got scheduled for my appointments in an expeditious manner.
This review is about communications with office staff not the physicians. For whatever reason they never answer their office phones literally never. Your call will always be directed to leaving a voice mail. And then its a waiting game. Ive been waiting over two weeks now. Granted I did get a message left during the workday about a week later I had already explained in the original message left that I could not answer weekdays until after 300 due to my job situation but I immediately called them back got voice mail again. And they have not attempted a return call since then a week ago. I have tried to call various times of day once was at 415 hours say open until 5 but they already had phones rolling over to answering service and answering service will not take a message unless you are having an emergency they just say call them back during office hours which I thought I was doing..... I have just never personally encountered an office that makes it so extremely difficult to talk to someone or schedule an appointment this is not my first experience this happened when trying to schedule my first colonoscopy with them a few years back the referring doctors office couldnt even get them to call back. The doctors are great but it doesnt help much if you cant speak to office personnel or make an appointment.
Waited an hour past appointment time. He wouldn’t listen was rude and condescending. Barely spent any time in the treatment room. Would not recommend him at all. Even one star is too many.
I was referred to Dr. Abrasley for an endoscopy about a year ago for pain in my throat and stomach. He quickly found that I had irregular cells in my esophagus and soon after that I had lymphoma. He then referred me to my doctor of choice and helped me through all the way He and his staff are great. They caught this early thankfully 😇🙏
I’ve called many times for a variety of issues and I have only ever gotten the voicemail. They do not answer the phone regardless of the time of day. If you leave a message it is days before they will call back. I noticed during my office visits that the staff are not constantly on the phone or answering calls. In fact they seem very relaxed. It’s unthinkable that a doctor dealing with people who have chronic illnesses would not call back in an appropriate amount of time 24 days later is NOT an appropriate wait time. I’ve had an issue with a prescription that I’ve been trying to get them to resolve for over a month now. I’ve called and called and it’s still not resolved. They don’t seem to understand how to work with insurance companies and they don’t seem to care if patients don’t have the correct medications. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about patient’s wellbeing look elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
