We made an appointment with her and was switched over to an unsupervised doctoral STUDENT for CBT care. Appointments were often canceled and/or rescheduled without any notice or consultation. Her office rarely answers the phone and even more rarely returns calls. We have requested multiple times for Ana Santana to call us, but she never has, prompting us to question whether she actually exists or is the whole operation a scam? The only therapy offered following a stroke was a video game that we had to pay 60 bucks to use. Two months have passed since the last appointment and it has been impossible to schedule our normal biweekly appointment.
