If zero stars was available would certainly give. Never have I ever had a physician be so dismissive and have no regard for the concern of the patient.

I have been with Dr. Nguyen, for almost a decade, she's been so amazing the best gyn in Northwest Florida 💯 She's carrying, professional, always listen , and recommend the best outcome. 👌 Dr. Nguyen always put herself in other people's shoe. I'm honored to have Dr. Nguyen as my gyn!!!!

Dr. Nguyen had me wait for over an hour to be seen, only to be rushed and not helpful to any of my issues. I’ve given her several opportunities over the years to help but never felt heard. She actually told me to get an hysterectomy and take accountability for my weight gain and pain. I’m done, and have found another doctor. I have never left her office feeling confident or relieved instead I’ve felt hurt and humiliated.

Worst experience with a healthcare professional that I’ve ever had.

Im a medicare patient that has extra coverage. Im also oriental like her. Im in pain refuse to accept my treatment willing to pay cash and the receptionist refuse to accept me. Where is the sympathy

Dr. Nguyen has taken fantastic care of me. After two complicated and difficult pregnancies/deliveries, she has been diligent and thorough in making sure I healed properly. She has been very attentive in the years to follow, always remembering my specifics and asking about my family.

The doctor and the entire staff was very friendly, talked to me about stuff I didn’t know but one thing is that I got falsely diagnosed with an std that I didn’t have, could be an accident but it was terrifying.

I would give zero. She seemed superb at the first couple of appointments and this last appointment with her she was SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL she was not listening to my concerns with what was going on and mentioned how I’ve gained too much weight in two years. Which was only 30 pounds. I was there for female issues and come to find out I was rushed to the ER Thursday morning due to severe lower abdominal pain below right side and it was a ruptured ovary that was the size of a melon. Thanks for diagnosing me with weight gain when in fact it was an ovarian mass!!!!!!! Don’t ever go to this person.

She did not ask me a single question before recommending I just go to the ER. So the doctor doesn't want to see me? No, go to the ER. Ok I guess I need a new OB. **update** I was experiencing an ectopic pregnancy and went in to emergency surgery

Dismissive. Talks so fast that you may not realize she didn't take your concern seriously or answer your questions until after you leave. I felt like she pushed a new brand of birth control on me, which was was so new that it was not covered by any insurance, and, I found out later, was not conventionally prescribed to women who don't need to take a progestin-only pill. I had terrible side effects and decided to go to another gynecologist to change prescriptions.
