Chadwick Marshall's Online Review Report Card

It’s taken me a while to write this review in regards to Dr. Marshall. Not because it was difficult, but because it really meant a lot to me to get it right. When very unique, pure hearted, funny, caring, patience beyond measure , happy and professional people cross your life’s path, It’s very difficult to put into words the appreciation and respect you have for that person. Dr. Marshall is one of these people. I have had “complicated teeth” health my entire life. Many hours of dental care have gone into keeping my natural teeth….and keeping them as healthy as possible. When keeping my current dental situation was not possible….Dr. Marshall laid out a brilliant treatment plan to solve my very complicated dental issues. I was so relieved!! I am so grateful….and blessed….that he has the vision, skill, and patience to get me back on the right track. He is TRULY THE BEST in his field!! Thank you Dr. Marshall! Gwendolyn Ibrahim

Dr Marshall is great! However the staff name Kelly(not sure) not Emily and Ashley. She was rude and she shouldn’t be there! No customer service at all! I canceled my son’s appointment and I will give my business to someone else that has a better, helpful staffs.

Dr. Marshall is amazing. He spent time talking to my daughter making her feel more comfortable about her tooth extraction. Pulled up the X-ray and explained everything about the procedure and why it was a good idea. I especially liked how he talked to her rather than me to make her feel more at ease. I would come back for a procedure for myself.

In my opinion Dr. Marshall is the best dentist in Florida! I know Doctor Marshall for about seven years now, in these years, I needed several interventions, and every time I had the best experience. Dr. Marshall and his staff are absolutely the most professional team that I know. I always go to him with no hesitation, and I have always trust his work. He is also funny and sociable, he can make you feel important and and safe. You can notice after the first meeting, that he is knowledgeable and very talented. I highly recommended Dr. Marshall and his team, even though they are always busy and super booked!!! Thank you, Dr. Marshall for everything. Also, thank you Nicky, for making me feel comfortable today, when you knew I was a bit stressed out 💜.

Awesome staff and Dr Marshall knows his stuff. I will recommend everybody to see Dr Marshall.

Dr. Marshall is fantastic. However office staff is mediocre and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. 1 hour and 45 minutes wait time for simple consultation that took 15 minutes. 1 and half hour wait time for scheduled surgery.

Highly recommend Dr Marshall. He has helped my husband and my daughter will issues in their mouths. He is very personable and makes a stressful situation easier.
