Dr. Riggenbach is a wonderful physician and also has a wonderful bedside manner as well as take his time explaining medical issues. I had my procedure yesterday and I was very nervous his staff nurse Beverly was extremely kind and attentive in her preliminary work up and vitals. I felt at ease afterwards. I truly appreciated Dr. Riggenbach taking the time to actually sit and talk with my husband and I about my issues afterward. Great provider Highly recommend Dr. Riggenbach and his staff

Dr. Riggenbach is a very competent and thorough physician. Unfortunately his front office staff is very incompetent. Trying to get a call back in a timely manner wont happen unless you owe them money I am confident. Checking out took way too much time.

Even though a physicians skill and judgement are more important than bedside manner I really appreciate this doctors positive energy. I would happily refer a family member to this outstanding physician.

Dr. Riggenbach did a very good job during surgery but for follow up and follow up symptoms he has to be one of the most useless doctors you can talk to. Absolutely does not listen to you and acts like he knows barely anything in the field he specializes in. You would have more luck talking to a veterinarian or engineer about your gastrointestinal problems than Mark.

I am very lucky to have Dr Riggenbach as he found a polyp in my upper intestine that was enormous and needed to be removed or it could have turned into cancer He recommended UAB to do that . Highly recommend

I called Dr Riggenbachs office to schedule an appointment Mary was so unhelpful and could careless I decided to use another doctor. Im paying and my insurance is paying I wont accept bad customer service
