List of Gregory Stepp's Reviews
Dr. Stepp is not to be trusted. On my last visit he told me that since I was having a physical exam that if I told him about any health concerns I would be billed for a second office visit for the same 510 minute visit. He said that he was not a charity. Last I checked being paid $250 for my yearly physical isnt charity. When the bill came I was indeed billed for 2 visits for the same 5 minute slot a physical AND a regular office visit even though I specifically told him I only wanted the services of a physical. How am I to trust a doctor who is so greedy that $250 for 5 minutes isnt enough but instead thinks several thousand dollars an hour is charity? On top of that he was rushed and clearly had no time for me. How am I to trust a doctor who has no time for me?He then proceeded to ask me what tests I wanted done for my health concerns instead of him as the doctor proposing any solutions. How am I to know if the tingling in my tongue and face are a sleep doctor issue a neurology issue or something else? Isnt he the doctor?Very unprofessional.
I went in for a physical. Dr. Stepp seemed distracted from the outset. We talked for about 10 minutes about family history and general things. Before leaving I said I have two more questions... and began to describe something hoping hed tell me who to see about this issue when he abruptly cut me off and said If you have any more acute complaints you need to make another appointment. This isnt how insurance works. I stared in disbelief and said What is a physical for?? He repeated that I need another appointment and left the room. I felt humiliated. He also did not do a prostate exam on my 52 year old husband who hasnt had a physical in about 3 years. WILL NOT BE BACK.
Dr. Stepp is awesome I absolutely love him. Honestly he made me so comfortable. I was able to talk to him about all my issues and felt like he was actually listening to me. He is definitely the best doctor I’ve ever been to. His nurse was amazing and funny. My whole experience was great
He is thorough knowledgeable professional genuinely concerned and an advanced empathetic listener. I lamented the day Dr. Stepp and his team were no longer my PCM Team when I relocated.
Very straightforward easy goingImpressed with his professionalismAnything you want to talk about he is willing to listen and help.Thank you for a very next experience. Its hard to find a new Dr. and he was perfect for me.
Dr Stepp is very personable. He gave me his full attention explained everything and waited to see if I had any questions. He was very professional and courteous I would recommend him to anyone needing a family physician.
Just did my first visit with Dr. Stepp... What an awesome experience to have found a new trusted family practice physician here in Northwest Florida
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Stepp.
First time with this doctor as I’m trying to find a new one. I thought he was very personable did a thorough exam and provided recommendations on treating my issues. Asked for me to have lab work before he would prescribe something other than what I was taking and did recommend that I monitor my blood pressure as it was high and told me the risks associated with it when being diabetic....I found my new doctor.
I do not like dr stepp for my grandma I just have nothing positive to say

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
