Dr. Fielder is a wonderful dermatologist. He and his staff are always so kind, easygoing and welcoming. I have done two laser treatments with him and I am beyond pleased with the results! I recommend him to everyone!

I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Fielder as a medical patient. I have been looking for a Cosmetic Dermatologist locally for some time now. I previously had my filler and Botox done in Manhattan and have been happy with the results. Due to covid, I needed to step outside my comfort zone and took a chance with Dr. Fielder. I could not be more pleased with my results. He did a beautiful job. Lip filler is an art and a medical procedure. My lips have never looked better. He did a beautiful natural look for someone my age and the Botox also looks amazing. I am hooked! Now I have a physician for my medical AND cosmetic needs and I am thrilled!!!! No more flying to NYC for my laser and cosmetic treatments. The procedure was also pain-free with utilization of proper numbing techniques. That was a first as lip filler is usually painful. I will be back for more!!!

There are many facets to Dr Fielder, one being professional, extremely knowledgeable, kind, thorough in his examination , listens to your concerns. Gentle upon examination. I feel like my husband and I have hit the lottery, with everything we have to worry about in this world our dermatology and skin care is handled . staff is helpful and kind. appointments are on time unless there is an emergency. Dr. Fielder is very professional. My First visit with him was simply outstanding. He was able to help me understand a large part of my medical problem as he explained my situation to my wife and me very throughly. He treated us just like family which makes a white coat syndrome impossible. I have been to many Doctors in my Lifetime and Dr, Fielder made me feel so comfortable with his care. His nursing staff was very patient and helpful. Everyone in his office made us feel comfortable and well taking care of. I would an will recommend Dr.Fielder to my family and friends. hanks for everything

My first visit to Dr. Fielder was a second opinion regarding another dermatologist who wanted to remove certain spots on my back. Every visit ended in something being removed. Dr Fielder requested my records and called me on a Sunday to tell me the first removal was necessary but the following three were not. That was three years ago and once again he came to my aid. I had a lump in my arm, lipoma, and he squeezed me in before a trip I had to go on and removed it. Dr Fielder always goes above and beyond.

As a 66-year old senior and life-long "sun worshiper", I was referred to Dr. Layne Fielder for a 4 June 2020 "skin cancer check". He removed (cut out) and resolved (burned off) some half dozen potential "problem spots". These were the quickest and least uncomfortable medical procedures I have ever experienced. And they were all completed in about 15 minutes! My healing is progressing very well with no obvious potential issues - and almost zero discomfort. Dr. Layne Fielder and his Coastal Skin Surgery & Dermatology assistant were extremely knowledgeable, frank, efficient, methodical, and highly informative. Great "bedside manner" by all for a very anxious crusty old senior. Dr. Fielder and his assistant "earned" my highest possible confidence and respect! Dr. Fielder will enjoy my strongest future recommendations among family and friends. And, if I have more skin concerns, I will seek him out!

Dr. Fielder is an extremely knowledgeable and kind dermatologist! Their office is often quite busy but I never feel rushed or forced out! I am so thankful to have a doctor like him to service this area! If you're looking for a dermatologist in the Destin/Niceville/FWB area, he's your guy!
