Dr. Tenholder had replaced my right hip six years ago so I knew how good he was when I selected him to replace my left hip. Six years ago I was driving in three days and in the gym in four which I thought was pretty amazing. With the left hip, however, my pre-op days were pure hell. I was using a walker for seven weeks and the pain was excruciating. When I woke in the recovery room, my pain was completely gone! I knew I had had surgery because my hip was swollen (felt like I had a "big iron on my hip" for those of you old enough to remember Marty Robbins). Discharged in four hours and slept in my own bed -- pain-free! Cannot recommend Dr. Tenholder highly enough. He and his staff are top-notch. His skill and dedication to his craft are remarkable.

From my first consultation, PreOP care, Day of Surgery, PostOp and Recovery…… Dr. Tenholder and his staff have been amazing. Very attentive, very informative, and the highest level of care. Not only has he completed one knee replacement. Soon I will be doing the other knee and Dr Tenholder will be my choice for that procedure. I know 4 people of whom Dr. Tenholder has performed surgery on, Each of the 4 went out of their way to recommend him. So much as to strongly insist that he be my first and only choice. They were 100 % correct.
