They were way more concerned with getting proof that my dcf case was closed 4 years ago than then they were with my daughter's symptoms. Dr came in, asked how long they had been out of foster care, and told us hed be referring her to a dermatologist to have her "wart" removed. (She later pulled her skin tag off at school BY HERSELF because she was so tired of being teased). She has been having serious behavioral issues for 3 years now and he did not even question anything. Instead just told me to go to Bridgeway. Oh and i should find a dr closer to my house. Pointless appointment. I will call the insurance company and tell them how little he earned that dr visit fee. Literally, 1 minute. I tried to express my concern to the nurse and she walked out of the room without even acknowledging my concern. I guess she gets that a lot. Dont go here. Unless its a cold. He might know how to treat those. Unfriendly staff. Horrible office visit. I had such high hopes... too bad for my daughters sake.

I am the grandmother (Mimi) of Kaia, Dillon, and Caleb Rand and Dr. Shelton has treated them all. I usually am the one to bring them in as their mom and dad work all the time. (lol) Dr. Shelton has always been very helpful and cordial to me anytime that I bring the kids in.

Dr. Shelton has a very contagious personality. He is able to make jokes to feel patients feel at ease while still maintaining a level of professionalism. The receptionist staff is the only issue I have with this establishment. They often seem incapable simple tasks and come off as rude.

Dr. Shelton has been my daughter's doctor for almost 9 years and is the only doctor my son has been to. He is amazing with the kids and remembers them from visit to visit. He is caring and compassionate and good humored. He puts the kids at ease and they always leave there with a smile. His nurse is amazing too and also has a way of putting the kids at ease as well. I couldn't say enough about how great they are! I would (and DO) recommend Dr. Shelton to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
