Dr. Hanson provides excellent care. She immediately took care of me when I was diagnosed with lung cancer in May 2004. I felt like I was the most important patient. Thankfully I'm still cancer-free.

The absolute best. I would not even consider going to another surgeon other than Dr. Hanson. For every appointment I have pertaining to my breast cancer, when I say that Dr. Hanson is my surgeon the response is “She’s the best!” I do not have to be told, I know from experience that she’s wonderful.

Dr. Hanson is one of a kind. Her patients are her main focus. She is intelligent and explains medical situations in a way that the patient understands. I have been a patient for many years and always received excellent care. Her staff is very accommodating, polite and pleasant.

When the concern is breast cancer, it's imperative to choose a qualified surgeon. I'm in the field of medicine and other medical professionals I know trust their health to this surgeon. It's very apparent when people care. I received troubling news regarding radiology results. I called the office in the morning and received a phone call back within 15 minutes to arrange for my care. After further evaluation by this very qualified surgeon, I am doing well today.

Dr, Sandra Hanson is a very professional doctor. Dr, Hanson saved my life twice. I have known her 5 years now after breast cancer. She is very direct and to the point. Dr. HansonHanson will tell you the facts and will give you sound advice and not sugar cote it. Dr. Hanson has a loving bedside manner; no she will not crack jokes. Recently I had an emergency after surgery at the hospital. The hospital called my surgeon that was in another surgery. My husband called Dr. Hansons cell phone that she gives to ALL her patients for true emergencies. Dr Hanson came into the ICU in 10 minutes, took over and saved my life; I had lost 8 units of blood. Dr. Hanson knew exactly what to do to keep me alive. I and my family will be forever grateful to her. I am sad to see one review on here that speaks poorly of her. I know she is against smoking and anything that you do that can shorten your life after cancer. She has given us a chance at life treating our cancer and doesnt like us doing something to reverse what she has done. As for not being informed on someones other health conditions while referring to someones health, I find that odd, she is very thorough. Dr. Hanson has been upfront about weight loss, exercise, not smoking or being around smokers, stress, etc. Some of the facts and truth can hurt but its the fact! She truly cares about her patients and wants them to lead a happy healthy life after Cancer.I want a Dr that knows of to keep me healthy, alive and cancer free and I found that with Dr Sandra Hanson:)

Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007, I've seen Dr. Hanson innumerable times. Always professional, caring, and gets right on your problem and stays with you all the way through. Twice I've had to have short/no-notice appointments and when I've called absolutely gets me in the same day. A recent infection caused alarm and she prescribed meds and ensured I returned daily to see results until she was satisfied all is well. Very caring, professional. Love her. She's a talented doctor that God has blessed with accuracy and no-nonsense treatment.

I scheduled with this doctor after receiving subpar care from another clinic. I have always found her office staff to be friendly and helpful and the wait time is minimal. The doctor has a good bedside manner, and spends sufficient time with me to answer any questions and keep me informed.
