This is scary, Looking for a new ortho, I hope these are resolved for the patience. I will be looking elsewhere
I am a patient of Dr. Raines. He is full of compassion, very thorough and his staff is just plain awesome! Will choose any other Orthopedic.
Lack of care or follow up. Had trauma surgery on Aug 7 for an open broken ulna and radius. Hughston would not see me until Aug 31. On august 17 i had to go to er to have staple removed. I was promised to see a surgeon during my aug 31 apt. No dr just a PA for a wound check to see idf i needed my staple out.I was. Formed that they would not treat my neck knees ribs of head. Sorry two weeks late. No x ray. I was informed they would take a x ray on Sept 21. I left never to come back. Went and my PcP take x rays. A foreign body was discovered in my arm and 5 cracked ribs that I was never treated for. I am now referred to an ortho that hopefully cares about their patientsIn a nutshell. Your total lack of professionalism seems to be realized throughout your for profit ortho practice. Please do Not injure or cripple any future poor souls that are forced to receive treatment from you
The staff is very unprofessional and always seems to have a chip on their shoulder the X ray techs that I've dealt with a couple of my pretty nice but so far I've been calling for two days I've been trying to get paperwork out of them so I can get care for my still disabled arm and have not been able to do so I would not recommend going to these people
I can't say this enough! Absolutely do not walk into this place! This place is full of a bunch of crooks! They are trying to charge me for a surgery I did not have. And I have the bill to prove it. I went in and they did two x-rays. The doctor couldn't even tell where anything was wrong but "diagnosed me with a fractured metatarsal". I was in and out in 20 minutes. I have spoken to them on the phone and they said it's just the code for the for the fracture. Needless to say they will be hearing from my lawyer! Directly says on the bill surgery!
The wait was long as you would find with any specialist but Dr. Pilcher was very nice and knowledgeable. He also took time to listen to my complaints, explain what he could do to fix them and then he did!
Broke my ankle the day after Christmas 2019, and Dr. Pilcher and his crew at Hughston Clinic have taken good care of me every step of the way! Dr. Pilcher even went so far as to hold a video meeting with his staff and me when I had a minor complication while he was out of town! Best customer service, best staff, best care I've ever received! Thanks, Dr. Pilcher, Candace, and Charlie!
took my mother--in-law who has Alzheimer's and we waited 30 minutes past our appointment time to be called back, then another 15-20 min for xrays then another 10+ before the dr. came in for all of 3 minutes. Not impressed, no respect for our time.
Working on apt.
Dr Brother's replaced my boyfriend's dad's knee. He was great! The office staff is knowledgeable and very kind. I love that when he had an appointment he's seen on time. The office is conveniently located.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
