Hard to believe that 1and a half year's ago I had a cervical fusion and 4 month's ago I had lower lumber fusion and if not for Doctor Monroe I wouldn't be living a great life again (PAIN FREE NOW) and doing the thing's I love to do there are not word's I could say anything better but Thank You so much for giving me my life back again you and your whole team are the GREATEST..JEFFREY MIKKELSON

Dr. Monroe did my cervical surgery when he was in Spartanburg, SC. Great outcome. He took time to explain everything before surgery and answered all questions afterwards.

Dr. Monroe did an ACDF on my neck. In 2021 Which stopped me from becoming paraplegic Outstanding work and straight forward would Recommend to anyone. Rick Mentzer Dothan Alabama.

I was referred by 2 doctors when it was discovered I had a herniated disk spinal stenosis and bone spurs. Due to the pain I was in my quality of life was severely effected. Him and his whole office staff where incredible getting my surgery scheduled ASAP. Everything was explained. The day of surgery everything again. After surgery I was completely out of pre surgery pain. Anything I was feeling had been thoroughly explained 4 days post op I was up walking around. I am almost 2 months out and except the neck brace no one know I had surgery. The site is almost invisible. And I had a 3 level cervical fusion Thank you so much for returning me to my life Actual surgical site is small and almost invisible.

Dr. Giovanini referred me to Dr. Monroe because I needed surgery and would have to stay in the hospital a few days and he’s mostly outpatient. I was told Dr.Monroe was the best by them and he would definitely be able to help me. Went today and saw a woman named Angie she was very kind explaining everything and told me about 2 different surgeries a small and a bigger type. Said Dr. Monroe would be in to discuss which procedures were best for me. Dr.Monroe come in and said basically he didn’t want to do the surgery he never even reviewed all of my mri reports. Said he’s going to refer me to someone else. I’m sure it’s because I’m self pay so Thank you To these to lovely surgeons Dr.Giovanini and Dr. Monroe for the wasted trips and for leaving me in so much pain.

My mom had cervical spine surgery in February of 2022 and Dr. Monroe, Ms. Vicky and the rest of his team from Coastal Neurosurgery and Spine did an awesome job! Everyone was great, very helpful and prepped us really well. After the surgery, they made sure that my mom was comfortable and healing well. Anita, who is one of Dr. Monroe's Medical Assistant helped and assisted us a lot, my mom and I loved her so much, she is the best…doing things above and beyond of what is expected of her. I highly recommend Dr. Monroe and his team! They will take care of you like how they took care of us! You guys are awesome!

Dr. Timothy Monroe did my Back surgery in April 2022. Omg I could hardly walk, pain excruciating down my legs. I had 4 levels of surgery, and the next day completely out of pain.Got my life back .Thank you to Dr. Monroe and Vickie for an excellent experience and making me so comfortable with your care. I can never thank you enough for healing my excruciating pain so quickly and professional.

He is an outstanding spine surgeon. If it weren’t for him, I would not be walking. He operated on me when he was in South Carolina. So disappointed when I found out he moved to Florida!!! He will surely be an asset to the folks there. If I have to have another surgery, I guess I will be flying to Florida.
