Dr. Rustmann is extremely rude all the way around to medical professionals in this community. Beware of this before scheduling with him. If he cant be nice to his piers why would be nice to his patients?

I would not recommend this doctor. Dr Walter Rustman of White Wilson has no time for his patience and rushes through each patient as fast as he possibly can. As of May 2020 I have now been rescheduled three times in a row and have run out of my medications three times at least. Is very difficult when you run out of an absolutely necessary medication for days before you can get the office to finally follow through with calling it in when they said they would days ago. This is a reoccurring thing. Dr Rustman always seems to be on vacation. After I was rescheduled about 8 monthsa I went to see Dr Rustman at his office and he told me all about the vacation he was on that I got rescheduled over. Why schedule patients on a day that you know you will be out of town? Being in the military requires certain paperwork it is nearly impossible to get his office to complete any small task of just faxing or emailing any documents. Everytime I call to make an appointment it takes at least three attempts to finally get through to the office. And when I do call for any type of emergency during normal business hours Dr is never available. Over the years that I have been a patient my conclusion is he is a fairly nice person but he does not have time and rushes through each visit as fast as he can his office is rarely able to complete a task without having to follow up multiple times. Maybe its time to retire and enjoy your free time without affecting the schedules of patience who rely on you to be available for appointments at times that you had available but later reschedule. Those of us who have to work have to rearrange our schedule on our end just to come to an appointment and its very difficult when you cancel on us the day before almost every time. I no longer am a patient of Dr Rustman but I was for at least 5 years. Seems like a nice enough person just not reliable doctor. My name has been changed for personal reasons
