I have seen Mitchell Martineau twice. So far he is the best NP (or Dr) I have seen in this area. He cares for his patients and wants to find the root issue. He listens and offers suggestions besides meds.
Great team of doctors. Mitch is an amazing practitioner and you can tell he genuinely cares.
My husband has been trying to get a prescription refill for his blood pressure. He’s called 4 times and left a message about the refill, which was supposed to be a years prescription but wasn’t, and NO one has called him back. CVS has called 2 times and NO one will return their call. This isn’t the first time. Sad! I do not recommend this place. This is one of many problems we’ve had. I can only say we have had one good experience with a PA but he’s since left for the Niceville location. We have an appointment with new doctor in Pensacola tomorrow.I want to apologize to the gastroenterologist clinic!! This review is for the White Wilson family practice. I’m so sorry! I
Avoid this place. Apparently, you are gifted from God if they allow you to see a doctor. This review comes from my experience, and my wife. She went with a known medical condition diagnosed by a doctor when we lived in Atlanta. Her (White-Wilson) doctor asked, "Well, how do you know you have this condition? Are you a doctor?" My experience never resulted in a doctor. With a scheduled appointment, arriving early, I was told I was not early "enough". I guess 15 minutes is not early enough to wait. Not until after my appt time was I told that I was supposed to also sit and wait in a "new patient" area. I guess they forget that not everyone is used to their convoluted patient process and may need direction. Ultimately, I was denied my appointment. What a waste of time. If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and find a different medical provider.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
