William Gross's Online Review Report Card

The office was in filthy condition. I had to clean the toilet to use it and the office floor had not been swept and mopped. Dr. Gross did not have my recent vocal cord scan and did not try to access it. He did it AGAIN even though it had been done by my doctor last week. I told him I had vocal cord nodules. He did the procedure and said yes thats what I have. What an absolute waste of my time.

My husband Dr. Joseph Levine saw Dr. Gross and was very impressed with his knowledge kindness and thoroughness. I would highly recommend him to anyone with an ear nose or throat problem.

Took my 3 year old here and didnt have a productive outcome. We switched to another ENT and never followed back up. Bedside manner was lacking and I didnt feel like he listened to me. This was our fourth ENT for my son who is complex.

Dr. Gross did a great job with me. I was unable to get good sleep until I had the operation opening my nasal passages. The week following the operation is not fun with the cotton packed in my nose but once it healed and that was removed I was able to breath and sleep MUCH better.Highly recommend Dr. Gross for this procedure. He is good.

I was a patient of Dr. Gross 4 years ago, he took out my tonsils.I just love him & his team!They took such good care of me & treated me like a princess.The minute I got home from surgery they called to check up on me & made for sure that I was comfortable.Everytime I have surgery I long for that type of care again.But yet to see it.I highly recommended Dr. Gross to everyone that needs an ENT. 😊

Waited an hour after my appointment time for him to walk in the room; I'd been moved to 3 rooms by this point. Dr. Gross appeared hurried and seemingly annoyed when he came. The wait wouldn't have been a big deal (hey, stuff happens) but I waited 30 minutes before being called back for my first appointment also. Seems like they have more patients than they can handle which is a recipe for error and calls to mind patient safety concerns. I'm going to request my primary Doc not send me back here.

We have seen Dr. Gross three times! Once for tubes, the second for tounge twist, and the third time for a serious case of a wild berry stuck up a nose. There is no other ENT doctor in the area that I trust. He is absolutely the best, he explains everything in thorough before and after procedures which I really like. Sometimes the wait times to see him can be long but it's worth it if you have any of the same needs. I also have to credit his staff, they are very courteous and attentive and that is very appreciated when you're a nervous wreck about a berry stuck up your toddlers nose, which btw took Dr.Gross less than a minute to remove after a few failed attempts by his amazing staff.

Dr. Gross and his staff has been a prayer answered! I have had a chronic issue with my sinuses for most of my lifeuntil I started seeing Dr. Gross. He dug his heels in until I was on the path of wellness always with a smile on his face. His staff always got me in asap with little or no wait time. And they were all very caring about me and my health.
