Terrible service.

Staff there is excellent and professional. Lobby was not too crowded considering the pandemic. Dr. Shareef was very down to earth and kind. All my medical needs were met!

Everything went well and everyone was very friendly.

I went to this office on 8/4/21 I had a horrible experience. This practice needs to be shut down immediately from the outdated furniture you would think you were in someone's home and not a Dr's office. I waited for approx 30 mins for the nurse practitioner which I thought I was seeing Dr.Shareef she was very short with me and took me to get a ekg. When having my ekg I had to take off my shirt and bra which normally an office would provide you with something to cover up she asked me to use my own shirt. She also left out of the room with the computer open I could have gone through PHI. The fact that I waited so long just to be seen by a NP as I watch Dr.Shareef make tea. It is very disappointing and don't feel his patients are getting the best treatment. He is in it for a check not the welfare of his patients.DO NOT GO TO THIS DR EVER.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went here because my whole family goes here. New patient, 1st appointment. I told them that I'd recently married and that my insurance was under my maiden name. I brought both IDs to avoid any confusion. They tried to run my insurance under the wrong name and, of course, it didn't work. By this time I was already in a room. They took me out of the room, back to the waiting room. They told me that they didn't care where I went but not to come back there. This was AFTER I watched them humiliate another woman for bringing her young child to her appointment. They also told her to leave and that they didn't care if she didn't have a sitter. Needless to say my family will be looking for another doctor.

Rude, do not submit referrals for doctors and supplies, liars. Never return calls. Medicaid and Medicare scammers

Had a pleasant experience visiting Dr.Shareef office. Staff did an exemplary job on keeping me up to date with my visit and handling all the documentation prior to and post visit.

Beware....Office Manager Lisa lied to me .Doctor Changed my Medicine without discussing with me.The staff very unprofessional.You can go and find out for yourself..I recommend a real doctor who remembers who you are.Liars...Take a witness with you.Office Manager there for 2 Months.Lied on phone and then lied tomy face. This is a fantastic office! Every provider is excellent and provides top notch medical care. This is the only PCP office I've dealt with that treats our special needs clients with respect and dignity. This office will do anything to assist you and consistently go above and beyond for all of their patients.
