Mollie Winter's Online Review Report Card

I am very surprised to see the negative reviews on here. I had the best experience yesterday in Mollie's office. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. There was no wait and Mollie was extremely kind and engaging with my ten year old son. We felt very comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Mollie and her team. When we left my son said out loud "They are really nice". 5 starts from my family!

Doctor Mollie is one of the main reasons I can not STAND female doctors. I do not recommend. I was not pleased with how roughly she examined my daughter's ears. My daughter NEVER cries like that when someone handles her. I saw enough, and I'm never taking her back to Dr. MOLLIE at Freeport. I have three children, I've never had a problem with ANY doctor with any of my children and how they cared for them, which was always properly. Even my husband witnessed a bad experience with her when he took our son to see her, she has a terrible attitude.. Do NOT recommend. One good thing I can say is the staff has always satisfied me, but I'm so sorry that is enough for me... Goodbye.

I wanted to write how thankful I am that Dr. Mollie took lots of time and took my concern serious regarding my teenage daughter's eating disorder. While my daughter's school and other professionals didn't take me seriously, Dr. Mollie did and helped us through a very difficult time. I also have a toddler who's sick quite often with ear infections and Dr. Mollie is always super kind,spends time with her and listens to my concerns. . My daughter really likes her. Sad to say we had to relocate and find new pediatricians. We miss this office/doctors.

We have used Dr. Viator and Dr. Smith for 2 years. We have very young children so are in for regular and sick appointments at least 6 times a year. The wait in the lobby is always a minimum of 30 minutes. The wait time in the room is usually 15 or more minutes. Today we were waiting for a total of 1 hr and 45 minutes. Dr. Smith came into the room and spend all of two minutes looking at our son. There was no hello, how are you, or how are you feeling. She has never been overly sweet or concerned but today she was just plain rude. The rest of the staff are very nice. Dr. Viator is nice but is not in the office much anymore. Today's visit was the last straw. We will drive out of town to find a better, more timely and nicer pediatrician.
