Had an meticulous cleaning by a DMD in training with 6 years experience and my teeth are smooth as silk. He really did an excellent job cleaning my awful stained teeth.😁

I call the day before my appointment just for them to tell me they decided to cancel MY appointment because I didn't answer them in the morning time. I checked and I had no phone calls from them. They said they could schedule me again but not until next year! I don't know what kind of business they're running but it's a terrible one. I definitely 100% do not recommend this as your dental. This was supposed to be my FIRST dental cleaning and I wasn't gonna wait a whole year to get it.

I love Angela at the front desk, the two nurses, and NP Morgan. They are so kind and caring. I feel so thankful to have them locally and know I have medical support when facing medical issues. I can’t say enough good about the amazing care I get from them. Love love love Pancare Freeport!

I have been in extreme tooth pain for 3 days. Called everywhere no one took my insurance. Pancare was recommended they got me in this morning to do exam and X-rays. I had a bad tooth that needed to come out. They did it all today. They were kind and patient with me ( I may be 40 but I’ma huge baby with the dentist) they got me in at my appointment time and for me in for extraction all within Han hour and a half. Thank you

The receptionist (an older Caucasian woman) is veryyyy rude! She needs to take a course in customer service! Another issue That I have with her This person took an hour and a half to give me my prescription to remind him that I was there and he ordered me to settle down. It is a rude person I got tired waiting and I left on Tuesday, call, talk to the nurse Daniela and she helped me very kindly because She does see that she likes what she does and always has a smile on her face, I needed another prescription but I told the nurse to send it to at llpublix because i didn't want to deal with this situation again, I like the doctor because She speaks Spanish just like the nurse, but with this kind of service I don't think I'll go back to this clinic

I was quite distraught with my illness when I went to Pancare and the nurse as well as the NP were very caring and kind. I couldn't be happier with the care they provided me and I look forward to a long relationship with PanCare. God Bless them for all of the hard work they provide patients in our area, with or without insurance.
