Much to learn in Doctor Patient relations. Very little empathy of the pain my wife was in and had endured for 8 days. Ordered blood work and x-ray and passed the problem on to Dr. Chaput with no sense of urgency as it has been another 4 days of pain and inability to walk without any response about tests, no diagnosis, or prescription or referral. X-ray dept. Same problem with patient care and understanding. Just another job to shuffle around to get pictures.

Dr Grewal and the staff were excellent. They were courteous and efficient as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed.

I highly recommend Dr Grewal. Very easy to talk with and is very thorough. Her medical assistant is also really good and kind as well. The entire staff were so nice and the appointment was handled on time without any excess waiting. Overall my experience as a new patient was very positive.

I’ve been going to this practice for some years now and most of the time I was satisfied with the service. Unfortunately my last 3 experiences with them was very disappointing from checking in to checking out! The last was the worst! Front desk girls extremely rude over the phone and in person, unsupervised staff in training dealing directly with the patient not having a clue of what she supposed to do, doctor was 35 minutes late, rushing and completely “lost” on her records and unwilling to listen to what I have to say! After such a long time I think is time to stop giving them 1 more try! Time to go!

Dr Grewal makes you feel comfortable, listens to you and has good advice that makes sense too. The office is organized, efficient and pleasant to be around. So glad my sister found her for herself and when I moved here shared her name with me. Couldn’t be happier!!
