Sent me a false bill, promised to investigate it and to put the bill on hold, sent me to collections behind my back.

Another terrible health company not telling you that their physicians are out of network which is hard to figure out since they treat you in a hospital "IN network". Then they try to collect 4 times the real amount due. Then they loose your payment and you need to spend hours on the phone asking them how can they loose an ACH transfer. Of course like in the 90's they ask you to "fax" the proof of payment. Make sure your anesthesiologist is not part of this TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I receive text messages from this company where they charge me money and I don't know what it is? I have never bought anything from them, now I see the reviews and I see that they are scammers. And I tried calling and they just say leave the number and they'll call me and they never call back. 🤬🤬🤬

This company is robbing people with making fake fraud bills!!! That either never happened or either trying to recharge you again for the same service or dying that they were participating in one of the physician services you had before in one of the hospitals you have been!!!Don’t pay nothing to them they should be reported to the US Depart. Of health&Human services office of inspector general (HHS TIPS)

I will be reporting this office to the CFPB to see if they can assist. This company should not be allowed to continue. Being billed for a service which no one at the company can explain and when I looked up the code, it was for an illness I never had!

Charged for services that were never authorized or agreed on through Bethesda. Insurance company paid them over $1000 and they still want $608 from me. Again, I never heard of them, seen anybody from that group, never signed any agreement for them to treat me.Contacted them, they never responded. Now I will send them the check for $608 and a copy of the Small Claims Court filing that will be filed if they decide to cash the check.See you in court Mr. Douglas Smith (President)

Billing office recording says they close at 5 and at 2:30 they say the Billing office is closed now call back at regular hours. Called another number for them and got a busy signal for 30 minutes. Terrible.
