Don't know about the few negative reviews. . . . Just used this lab a few days ago and they were very professional, pleasant and prompt. We pulled up for our scheduled PCR test and texted that we had arrived. Within 5 minutes they came out and performed the test then we were on our way. Got the test type with next day results and received those results that next day as they had promised. Would definitely use them again.

I feel it is my duty as a traveler to tell everyone that you do not have to over pay $$ to get a rapid PCR test. In fact I know a place where not only is it cheaper but results come within 30 minutes! All airports accept this PCR test. Don’t believe me? Call them!.. Express pharmacy (compound and medical supply) they are off immokalee rd. In north naples $150 rapid pcr test, 30 minutes for results. I hope this doesn’t get erased.

We highly recommend ARCpoint Labs of Fort Myers. It is the only lab we use for business and personal travel testing. Professional, excellent customer service. We cannot afford to have travel delays. Bill, Joyce and staff constantly exceed our expectations with results always arriving on time (usually earlier than expected). Most recently we had an emergency travel testing request. It was the Thanksgiving weekend. I called and spoke with Joyce. Bill and Joyce came in when the office was closed and had the test results within an hour so my son could travel that afternoon. Bill and Joyce, we are so grateful! A 5 star rating is not high enough. Thank you!

My wife went there Monday to get her blood drawn to find out the gender of the baby and they charged her $150 and claim she won’t have results for another day or two. Everywhere else she went with her previous pregnancies she found out within 24 hours for $150… this place is a rip off and are terrible at communicating.
