Dr.DuPay-0 star..Because of Dr.DuPay's failure to look closely at xrays and poor judgment, I had to have a much better surgeon at UF do reconstruction surgery on hip jt. It allows me to walk with a cane even though I wear a 1.5" shoe lift because one leg is shorter now. Dr.DuPay replaced hip on rt.side in 2017. I missed 2 yr limit or I could've sued for negligence. I have to use walker most of the time, ⁰PMcan't bend over. It's miserable.. My life is so hard due to having the wrong doctor who had almost NO FOLLOWUP!!! Have to use grab sticks, a cane or Walker, and walk crooked. I regret not going to a different doctor.😥

Fantastic, broke my knee cap and after surgery, rehab and doing what he said I am doing very well. Happy with him all the way around.

I went to see Dr Dupry in May 2023 after waiting a month for my appointment. The doctor ordered a MRI that was scheduled 2-3 weeks later. The MRI appointment was rescheduled because of an equipment issue and was rescheduled for another week later. I attended my MRI appointment and the machine broke during the test. I was sent to Radiology Regional and that appointment was an over a week later. My follow up appointment was scheduled for almost another month later. After my 2nd appointment I was referred for nerve test with Dr. Kenny in the same office. That appointment was a month out. Come to find out I needed a consult before the test. The test was scheduled out for a month after the consult. The nerve test was very painful and the results of the test were inconclusive. Dr Kenny ordered another MRI. That test was scheduled 3 weeks out. I received my 2nd MRI results from my chiropractor and was only contacted by Dr. Dupry office 2 weeks after. I asked the assistant why the doctor wanted to see me because I already had the results She explained they would be going over the nerve test results. The nerve test was inconclusive so why did it matter? This person said that Dr. Kenny ordered the 2nd MRI and she should meet with me. I didn’t hear from Dr. Kenny’s office but I did get calls from Dr. Dupry office that I finally answered. She explained that the doctor did want to see me and asked if I could come in today. My appointment was scheduled at 9:45 and I arrived at 9:43. I waited for 20 min and walked out. I explained that I was only available for 30min when I made the appointment. My experience at Gardner Orthopedics has left me feeling defeated and frustrated from what I thought was injury in college. I have no clear answers of why I have the shoulder pain. The doctor seemed more interested in training his medical student than listening to what I was going through. My 2nd appointment was scheduled for 20min review of the 1st MRI but I waited over an 1hr to have him come in the room. I work in healthcare and understand the hurry up and wait situation when dealing with medical issues. This experience made me feel that I was being taken advantage of and was only being seen to have tests run to make money. 4 expensive tests later I don’t have any answers and out $400 in copays. This firms scheduling is an absolute joke and I feel taken advantage of.

Horrible service. They don’t care. You can do better than this office.

I’m 70 Years Old and have NEVER been to a more pleasant and happy Doctors Office! Everyone who works there really seems to enjoy their Jobs AND each other! And they work together seamlessly! There isn’t any “Stuffyness” in that office and when they say Good Morning to you they really mean it! Dr Dupay takes as much time as necessary and usually will tell a story or two concerning his Practice! He’s a GREAT Doctor and is easy to talk to!

I would & have recommended Dr Dupay for knee replacement. Staff is very helpful & courteous. Very professional thanks

I had both my knees replaced 3& 4 years ago. It gave me my life back.i do handyman work,today and for rhe last month I have been up & down ladders With no problems Dr.Dupay did a wonderful job on meand his bedside manner is awesome Jake Jacobs

He is wonderful.I broke three bones and dislodged my ankle. He is a single practice so no big wait or lots of people! I love his P.A. Eileen! Everyone in the office is great !They took excellent care of me and I recommend him to everyone !

Worst doctor ever. Steer clear. Advocates for insurance company. Extremely elderly, Rude, and hard of hearing. Should retire ASAP but Workers Compensation Companies keep him in business with BOGUS claims. Don’t let him give you cortisone shots. Buyer beware!
