If I can give you cero star I will this review is for the people who answered the phone when people call to make appointment sadly I don’t have the name but I will get them the first person the hang up on me completely refused to make an appointment or listening no understanding anything I call again an manager answer the phone and refuse to tell me the of the person the hang up the phone on me but this is what we going to do first write a review here second find the director of the hospital to report both I’m pretty sure conversation is recorded I have cus to the person who say is the manager this person told she’s going to make sure I’m not seeing in place like she own the hospital or she is paying for my bill not everyone can work doing costumer services they should be fired very disrespectful hang up on people this happens today 11/30/2023 around 3:22

I went to see Dr Dupry in May 2023 after waiting a month for my appointment. The doctor ordered a MRI that was scheduled 2-3 weeks later. The MRI appointment was rescheduled because of an equipment issue and was rescheduled for another week later. I attended my MRI appointment and the machine broke during the test. I was sent to Radiology Regional and that appointment was an over a week later. My follow up appointment was scheduled for almost another month later. After my 2nd appointment I was referred for nerve test with Dr. Kenny in the same office. That appointment was a month out. Come to find out I needed a consult before the test. The test was scheduled out for a month after the consult. The nerve test was very painful and the results of the test were inconclusive. Dr Kenny ordered another MRI. That test was scheduled 3 weeks out. I received my 2nd MRI results from my chiropractor and was only contacted by Dr. Dupry office 2 weeks after. I asked the assistant why the doctor wanted to see me because I already had the results She explained they would be going over the nerve test results. The nerve test was inconclusive so why did it matter? This person said that Dr. Kenny ordered the 2nd MRI and she should meet with me. I didn’t hear from Dr. Kenny’s office but I did get calls from Dr. Dupry office that I finally answered. She explained that the doctor did want to see me and asked if I could come in today. My appointment was scheduled at 9:45 and I arrived at 9:43. I waited for 20 min and walked out. I explained that I was only available for 30min when I made the appointment. My experience at Gardner Orthopedics has left me feeling defeated and frustrated from what I thought was injury in college. I have no clear answers of why I have the shoulder pain. The doctor seemed more interested in training his medical student than listening to what I was going through. My 2nd appointment was scheduled for 20min review of the 1st MRI but I waited over an 1hr to have him come in the room. I work in healthcare and understand the hurry up and wait situation when dealing with medical issues. This experience made me feel that I was being taken advantage of and was only being seen to have tests run to make money. 4 expensive tests later I don’t have any answers and out $400 in copays. This firms scheduling is an absolute joke and I feel taken advantage of.

Such an amazing group of Doctors and Staff. Always VIP treatment for everyone. Dr Castellano repaired my tendon. He definitely cares about his patients and my surgery went smoothly.

Was not impressed with the facility. A lot of things went wrong with my shoulder surgery. Too many to list. My hand is still swollen and stiff from the nerve block for one. My surgery was last October!

Stay away from Gardner Orthopedics. I am permanently disabled from a routine hip replacement that resulted in 2 botched surgeries by Dr. Hodge on 11/15/22. I was under anesthesia for about 12 and I stopped breathing and almost died from cardiac arrest. I have permanent drop foot and numb right leg and foot - the nerves are dead, according to nerve studies I had done. He didn’t prescribe an anti-coagulant so 3 weeks later I passed out from a huge DVT in my right leg and a bunch of blood clots in my lungs - 2 pulmonary embolisms. An emergency thrombectomy at Gulf Coast Hospital on 12/8 saved my life. Cardiac problems and pulmonary issues. Am still in PT 2-3 times a week, but I will never recover my balance or leg and foot functions. They spent a lot of time covering their tracks, rather than treating me.

I am permanently disabled because of two botched surgeries by Dr. Hodge on 11/15/22. I went in for routine right hip replacement and he overextended the sciatic nerve and left me in the surgery center under anesthesis for about 9 hours (with nerve under pressure the entire time). I stopped breathing and almost died from cardiac arrest. He went in and had to replace the hip with a smaller version but there was no hope for recovering from dead nerves and drop foot and numb right leg. Anemia from severe blood loss. He did not prescribe an anticoagulant, so 3 weeks later I passed out from blood clots in my chest and a DVT in my right leg which broke off and went to my lungs. Cardiac issues and pulmonary issues. An emergency thrombectomy saved my life. They did a lot of covering their tracks rather than properly treating me.

Dr Gardner tries everything before rushing you into surgery. He is very patient and will work with you. I have been seeing him since 2016 and have been putting off TKR, I went thru multiple injections which have worked up until now. I will be having a TKR in the next several weeks but would always recommend seeing him!

Had an appointment for 1130. Showed up on time just to be told they called to reschedule me. They didn't call. Time off work and a 30 minute drive for nothing

Dr. Martinez and his staff were amazing, he save my right bicep by re attaching the right distal bicep tendon that I ripped off my radius. I was a mess when I showed up there, my upper arm was deformed the bicep retracked up the arm leaving a flat spot just after thr crook of your elbow. I was extremely nervous. The surgery had to be done within a certain time peroid or it couldnt be done at all. He arranged everthing to go off with out a hitch to include working with the VA, getting the MRI scheduled, getting the surgery room reserved and setting up physical therapy. He was always available any time I had questions via his staff and returned my call in a timely manner. Post surgery was fairly pain free a few days after surgery. I'm getting back what he explained I would , im very happy and I would recommend him and his staff any day.

Sherry, Nurse Practitioner, is the BEST! She is very thorough in her assessments/treatment and really wants you to feel better. Her support staff are equally awesome and always show that they care about the patient.
