This ‘business’ NEVER:- Answers their phone- returns VM messages- replies to on-line Appointment RequestsId rather loose the job than go here for a drug test!Since they never responded to several messages- i drove over an hour, just to be told “we dont do drug testing since our “system is down” & we have no idea when it will be up again!
Horrible service and rude staff... Stay clear if you can.
tied with the worst medical exam I have ever had. In no way did he even look at my issue. Just old and ignores what you say like he knows what your issue while not even looking at it. Worthless in my opinion and needs to retire. if i could give negative stars it get -5. Obviously im not the only one who had horrible experience there.
Unprofessional and needs more staff. I was early to check in to my appointment and still didn’t get checked in until 30 minutes after my scheduled time, then I was placed in a waiting office for an hour. After completing my hearing test, I sat in the booth for 10 minutes with the headphones on waiting for the evaluator to finish my “paperwork”. After she opened the door, I asked her why I wasn’t released earlier and was held in the booth after the hearing test was finished. She didn’t have an answer which left me disappointed with my visit
This place has caused me to be delayed from starting my job twice. I’ve been here before and know they stop drug screening at 3:30. I get there before then and even though the lady told me on the phone they stop at 3:30. Some lady in the office lied to my face and said they stop drug screening at 3. Which delayed my drug screening again. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and they didn’t even take my name that goes to show how this whole company operates.
The doctor is unreliable !!!!!!The hearing test is unreliable !!!!You completely wasted an entire day of mine !!!Social security disability should fire you all !!!
My experience was good, the staff very friendly and kind. The doctor was nice and gentle with my exam. Thank you
The receptionist was friendly. I had a noon appointment but was kept waiting for 45 minutes. The Doctor did not smile. She told me her name but turned her head when she said it, not really caring about introductions. She was matter of fact, when she saw I was upset she would not allow me to calm down before pressing me with mathematical questions. She displayed zero compassion and even less friendliness. Would it hurt her to smile and introduce herself? They made me wait but rushed through our session. It was a horrible experience.
I went here for social security.I've got a bad back I left there more pain that I showed up intin guy didn't even bother looking at my back what's the point I cannot wait to tell social security about this. This place is a joke since when do my eyes have anything to do with my back. I do not recommend this place for anybody. Now I have to deal with worst pain he should have looked at MRI before having me do all this bending I hope for his sake it didn't cause any more injury to my back because if it did I will be filing a medical malpractice lawsuit

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
