I have to say my wife can’t begin to express our gratitude for Dr. Franke’s commitment, empathy and time. His bedside manner and ability to translate his expertise to lay folk was truly remarkable. For the first time, I was able to ask questions and even feel enthusiastic about treatment without getting that thick lump in my throat every time the “c word” was mentioned. My wife and I felt like an integral part of his interactive learning experience. 5 stars isn’t enough to describe Dr. Franke’s unparalleled dedication to our patient experience. His appointment with us did not end until we felt reassured we were with no unanswered questions, unaddressed concerns, reservations or confusion.
