supposed to be getting a biopsy on my tongue but he cut out the lump while I was out. 6 years ago and I still have no numb feeling, tingly stiff feeling in my tongue on one side and diminished movement and control. Was told initially it was temporary and will clear up in a year. NOPE 6 years later its still here and some times it hurts like the dickens!
My 11 year old daughter got four teeth removed today for an orthodontic purpose. Overall, Dr. Graper was very professional and efficient. You can tell he is a very experienced surgeon although he may not appear to be super friendly at first. Mrs. Graper (Beverly) at the front desk was also nice and friendly, wanting to get to know you personally. The other attending nurses were also straightforward. I was a bit concerned about online ratings at first and I can tell why some might have taken some negative impression of the staff and Dr. Graper. I think he is a straight shooter and his wife and the other staff are also straightforward, but not rude or anything. This place may not appear to be a super updated office with cutting edge equipments, but I am glad that we didn't change our mind. I'd rather want to have a very experienced surgeon than just a nice, friendly dr., staff or office. I highly recommend this place!
Highly recommend for wisdom teeth removal. Had two wisdom teeth removed spring of 2017 and just had my other two removed this Sept of 2018. My first experience was the best! The front desk and staff were SO nice and professional. They now have new people and they are abrupt on the phone consistantly but were okay when I was there. I called to PAY them and was asked to call back in 5min and hung up on...Guess they will have to wait a while and contact me for payment. BUT BOTH times Dr. Grapper did AMAZING! Hardly any swelling, pain, and no bruising! He is a great Dr. that knows what he is doing.
I'm not going to lie, I was a bit scared coming to see Dr. Graper after reading all the negative reviews. I came in for a consultation on Wednesday and the staff was friendly and nice. They gave me all the information I needed and were even joking with me. Dr. Graper definitely knows what he is doing and is very experienced. I came in on Friday for my appointment, and again, the staff was very accommodating and nice. Dr. Graper went over the procedure and made me feel at ease before starting. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. They made sure that I was fully aware of what was going on and one of the nurses/assistant even helped walking me to my car. Thankfully all my wisdom tooth are out, but if I had to come back, I definitely would. Overall, my experience was great.
I put one star because the woman in the back was comforting and nice . I had a tooth that moved and ended sitting under my nose upon surgery I remember him prepping me pointing at the wrong spot I remember reminding him the tooth is not in the gum of the right side next thing I know I'm waking up during procedure while he is still pulling the tooth out the roof of my mouth which I think he cut to deep It's been three months I still can stick half my thump in the hole and I feel pieces of tooth in my gum my orthodontist said I need to go back they see small pieces after surgery maybe my first check up with graper I told him I felt that yet he told me it's nothing and my mouth will heal it's jus he had to cut me deep and in all his work he never seen a tooth in someone's mouth like that . Well if that is the case Graper u should not have performed the surgery on top of not explaining u use propofol I would have definitely refused.. after visiting my dentist they told me that what I was feeling was in fact pieces of tooth in the hole which feels like he just cut a chunk of meat out the roof of my mouth and the front of my mouth where he cut to close to my front teeth is bone fragments . So Graper I was in fact right when I did check ups with u that is not normal and u in fact could have explained instead of saying my mouth will heal and I will not feel that anymore. How can my mouth heal if bone fragments in the way. Staff nice graper always in a rush can be very rude with words ... will not recommend

As of May 18, 2018 Charles Graper dentistry license in the state of Georgia has been revolked
I have NEVER dealt with a healthcare professional’s office that rises to this level of incompetence. This is so bad it’s unbelievable. My 17-year-old daughter was referred to this oral surgeon because she has TMJ. She was given an injection in her jaw and then a week later we went to the office to inform Dr. Graper that the injection gave her no relief. Dr. Graper then said she needed to be fit for a bite splint and he began to pull out all of the necessary tools for making bite molds. All of a sudden there were 4-5 office personnel in the exam room and they were all expressing concern about my daughter’s insurance and that she needed a pre-authorization first. So, as we checked out I was assured the pre-auth paperwork would be submitted that day (May 1) and we should hear from them very soon. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I hadn’t heard anything, I called Dr. Graper’s office to just see what was going on and was advised that “Beverly” was the person who was handling the pre-auth and she would call me back so I left a message (May 15). Well, she didn’t. So, on Thursday, May 17th, I called again and I was told again that it would have to be Beverly who would have to call me back. So I informed the person that I had left a message two days ago but she had never returned my call but I left another message. It wasn’t 30 minuets later that I did receive a return call this time. The person who called me back, not Beverly, informed me that the forms had been sent to the insurance company and it just took a really long time for them to get back with the provider. So I asked if there was anything I could do to help and I suggested calling the Insurance company myself to kind of speed up the process because I was still under the assumption that the forms had been submitted on or around May 1st. So that’s what I did, I called the insurance company and I was told that they had not received anything from this provider. I asked them to double check and they did. So, I asked them if I could put them on a 3-way call with the provider and they said yes. I then called Dr. Graper’s office and was speaking to Cathy. I told her that I had the insurance company on the other line and that they were telling me they had not received anything from their office for my daughter’s pre-auth. Cathy then told me, “That’s just a game they like to play.” And I said,”Really? That’s strange!” Cathy then said, “Yeah, they like to say that they don’t have it. We sent it to them electronically two days ago.” I was surprised and asked her if she was sure it was two days ago and she said yes and then I told her that I was assured the pre-auth was going to be sent on May 1st and how ridiculous it was that it took me calling their office to remind them to do their job and how my daughter and I were counting on them to be the professionals and do their jobs correctly. Cathy became quite aggravated and tried to tell me that there was quite “a lot that goes into running a doctor’s office,” I then assured her that I’ve been to the doctor AND dentist before and have even dealt with Insurance companies before and never had I had more help from the Insurance company than the actual provider. As of today, May 25th, the insurance company STILL has not received any pre-auth paperwork from these people even though they claim they they submitted it electronically and then printed off and mailed it just in case oh and they faxed the 35pages of pre-auth paperwork and they just can’t believe that the insurance company doesn’t have it. So I told the insurance company I wanted an expedited change of provider TODAY. I then called Dr. Graper’s Office and thanked them not only for their GROSS INCOMPETENCE but also for allowing my daughter to continue to suffer with the pain of TMJ while they continue with their ridiculous antics, and she had the audacity to say, “You’re welcome.” I can only hope that when I file a formal complaint with the Department of Health, further action will be taken.
Extremely unprofessional and waited 2 hours to see the doctor. After asking for the appointment to be reschedule he acted inappropriately and told patient to leave. Do not go here. Find a more professional business with actual doctors.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
